Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Gästen nur anschließen. Sash ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wurden Fragen die man hatte beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Nicht besonders groß aber für uns 3 absolut ausreichend. Sie ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die große Kühl- Gefrierkombination ist prima und die zwei Klimaanlagen waren Gold wert bei dem heißen Wetter. Wir konnten an dem schönen, großen und modernen Fernseher Netflix und Disney+ mit unserem TV Stick von zu Hause problemlos schauen. Das wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Auto konnte auf der Anlage geparkt werden. In die schöne Stadt Pizzo ist man in 15 Minuten gelaufen. Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, denn der Weg ist wirklich steil. Leider muss man teilweise an der Straße entlang laufen da es keine richtigen Gehwege gibt. Bergauf in die Wohnung verlangt einem einiges ab. Wir sind dann öfters mit einem Rikscha aus der Stadt hochgefahren.

Un endroit simplement incroyable avec toute la plage pour seule compagne, le bruit des vagues, une petite villa presque les pieds dans l’eau (celle qui a la statue verte). Idéal pour se ressourcer, surtout hors saison comme ce début de novembre. Massimo est un hôte charmant et super attentionné

В основном все отлично. Особенно понравилась хорошая изолирующая входная дверь - стеклопакет. Оживленная автодорога почти не слышна. Быстрый интернет. Горячая и холодная вода 24/7. Удобная индукционная плита на кухне. Достаточно комфортная кровать. Но, есть небольшие замечания. Шпингалет балконной наружной двери очень старый и изношенный, требует осторожного обращения. Желательно добавить посуду: хотя бы одну новую сковородку. Нам пришлось пользоваться изношенной старой сковородкой.

el establecimiento es exactamente como se lo describe. Cuenta con todo lo necesario pata pasar unas buenas vacaciones. El anfitrion muy atento y siempre pendiente. Estuvo increíble!!!

La mansarda di Giorgio è troppo graziosa e comoda. Giorgio è stato un host gentilissimo che ci ha deliziato con ogni tipo di primizie locali come fichi d'india, fichi dolcissimi, prugne ed uvetta. Bella la location immersa in un panorama ampio e ricchissimo di verde.

Piccola abitazione ben arredata e fornita di quasi tutto il necessario per un breve alloggio. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare di Roccella a piedi. Host molto gentile e reattivo nella risposta.

Idéal pour une famille nombreuse et se reposer. Endroit paisible. Hôte très accueillante, réactive et disponible. Manque cependant un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine. Grande piscine profonde Bien penser que l’électricité est à payer en plus. Prix du KWh plus élevé qu’en France

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Giuseppe est un hôte absolument incroyable ! Toujours disponible, très amical et plein de bonnes recommandations ! L'appartement qu'il propose est très bien équipé, moderne et avec service de nettoyage hebdomadaire. Simplement parfait !

Ottimo alloggio, moderno, ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Il clima funziona alla perfezione e l'appartamento è fornito di quasi tutte le comodità. L'host è stato molto ospitale ed attento nelle comunicazioni. Unica piccola critica: ogni tanto l'acqua calda funzionava in maniera intermittente. Tuttavia, posso dire che siamo stati benissimo e, nel complesso, è stata una permanenza eccellente. Super consigliato.

J’ai passé un super séjour inoubliable avec mes deux filles . Le logement disposait de tout ce qu’il fallait mais surtout la résidence possède une plage privée qui est juste magique un petit coin de paradis . Il faut traverser une petite forêt très sympathique pour s’y rendre . La piscine est très propre et spacieuse . Merci on va garder un super souvenir de cet endroit . ♥️♥️♥️

Giuseppe opened the gate as we pulled up and we stopped and unloaded our gear right at the doorstep prior to moving our car. Gated parking is always a plus when travelling with a rental car. He took the time to explain all the workings of the place which is always nice. The apartment was clean, exactly as described. Very bright with big windows that open a number of ways to get airflow. The view was also pretty nice, overlooking the ocean. The kitchen functioned well, as did the bathroom and the shower was strong and hot if you wanted that. The drive to the grocery store was less than 5 minutes, but it would be a hike on foot. We did not partake of the local eateries, but there are quite a few a short drive away. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
