Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

From start to finish, Cristian was a fantastic host! We really enjoyed our stay at his beautiful villa, and we definately want to come back. The villa has incredible views and Tropea was such a lovely city. Cristian was very helpful with giving us flexible check-in and nice local recommendations for both beaches and restaurants. We felt like Cristian went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We didn’t use the pool area much, as we wanted to explore the different beaches, but it did not feel crowded even though the pool is shared with the other 9-10 apartments in the complex.

Apartment on the mezzanine floor in an area full of plants, flowers, swimming pool and relaxation area. Very well-kept and equipped with everything for cooking. Terrace for dining outside. The owner, Ms. Ivana, is very helpful and friendly. The house allows you to walk to the most beautiful beaches in Tropea. Recommended.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

Wonderful place that was extremely clean and well maintained. everything was exactly as it was in in the ad. Settimia is a very gracious and helpful host. I would highly recommend her unit.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The communication with the landlord was quick and easy.

Excellent stay! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to visit.

What an incredible experience to stay on the cliffs of Tropea! We’ll be back…

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Everything was perfect during the stay at Paolo's. Very helpful, helpful with all his suggestions on restaurants and beaches and the house is really in a great location to visit the Ionian coast from Soverato to Siderno.

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We hope to be back soon!

Giuseppe was an excellent host. We reserved place at last minute because our previous reservation was horrible. Giuseppe was gracious and accommodating. Apartment was in a quiet place. Clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone!!

Daniela is an exceptional person: always attentive to needs and wants to make the stay as comfortable as possible! We felt right at home, in a new home, with all the comforts and attention to detail. The surroundings are beautiful, with a designed countryside and a special view! We will definitely be back!!

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they even let us find groceries at home and gave us veggies from their garden and fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Functionally furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06 there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella if you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's place exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and would be happy to come back!
