House vacation rentals in Capo Rizzuto

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Francesco e Guido ci hanno accolto calorosamente e si sono assicurati che il nostro soggiorno proseguisse al meglio. Abbiamo alloggiato 17 notti nel mese di agosto. Il posto è bellissimo, curatissimo e molto tranquillo. Un posto di altri tempi curato con estremo gusto. La casa ha un bellissimo patio dove poter fare belle cene e la piscina è uno spazio fantastico quando si vuole rilassarsi. Il mare è molto vicino e offre un’ampia spiaggia libera (senza servizi), ma volendo nei dintorni si trovani spazi attrezzati. Per raggiungere la casa c’è uno sterrato da percorrere con attenzione, ma assolutamente fattibile.

Our host Emanuele gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. In fact his other family members (who live in the adjacent property) were also very welcoming. The house was very comfortable with lovely sea views and a cooling breeze. The air conditioning in the bedrooms also worked really well. (It was very hot when we visited in early August). Any minor points we drew to Emanuele's attention were quickly dealt with. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He was able to give us great recommendations for beaches and nice restaurants to visit. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with pool. Great to have three bathrooms plus an outdoor shower by the pool. We were made to feel very at home and at ease. Many thanks to the lovely Stranges family for their warm welcome on our first visit to Calabria. (Definitely not our last!). We will especially miss their wee dog Lucky... ;-)

Antonella è stata gentilissima e disponibile fin da subito! La casa era davvero enorme e molto bella, aveva tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno per sentirsi a casa. La parte più bella era il soggiorno, immenso e accogliente! Se dovete andare al mare e rilassarvi è il posto giusto per voi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e 5 dal centro storico, lo consiglio vivamente!

Nel pieno centro della città, il B&B di Giuseppe è un luogo luminoso, accogliente, appena ristrutturato con cura e ottima distribuzione degli spazi. Pulizia impeccabile! Giuseppe è un host gentilissimo, presente, veloce e molto educato. Consigliatissimo! Io ci torneró sicuramente!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Leben am Meer. Im Grunde braucht man nur eine Badehose im Koffer mehr nicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht inkl. Klima. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber alles was man benötigt. Man wohnt direkt neben Salvatore der einem bei Bedarf immer zur Seite steht. Direkt neben dem Hausstrand ist noch ein bewirtschafteter Strandabschnitt. Es war ein Traumurlaub für uns.

La casa è immersa in una splendida pineta vicina al mare. Sono presenti altri alloggi, ma i rispettivi spazi esterni sono a uso esclusivo. Al ritorno dal mare la pineta è stata un autentico buen retiro: doccia esterna, due tavoli, sdraio e griglia in muratura. Insomma, posto ideale per godersi il silenzio, la natura e il cielo stellato. La pineta si trova a pochi km dal comune di Isola di Capo Rizzuto ma nelle vicinanze ci sono un market e un bar. A pochi passi dall'alloggio c'è una spiaggia appartata e bellissima. Sabbia rossastra, mare cristallino e ricco di pesci (località Le Cannella è parte dell'area marina protetta di C. Rizzuto). La discesa a mare è semplice, ma piuttosto scoscesa: non adatta a tutte le età e le ginocchia. Nei dintorni ci sono comunque spiagge altrettanto belle, talvolta di più facile accesso. Ottima la comunicazione con il mitico Mario. Cos'altro aggiungere? Torneremo appena possibile con gran piacere.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Grazie Maria e Antonio per l’ospitalità, i preziosi consigli, la perfetta, spaziosa e pulita villetta, la vostra simpatia e trasparenza, la bottiglia di vino e i dolci che ci avete fatto trovare: ci siamo sentiti a casa! Grazie anche per averci aiutato quando, appena arrivati, la batteria dell’auto ci ha abbandonati! Bellissime spiagge a pochi km, tanta pace e il paese di Botricello è ben fornito di tutto. Speriamo di ritornare presto!

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Giulia und Rina.

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Alina's place is beautiful and conveniently situated. The view from the patio ( and bathroom) is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside taking in the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Badolato.

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

Posto tranquillo casa come foto con tutto il dispensabile c'è pure la lavastoviglie aria condizionata per una vacanza di totale relax vicino a ristoranti TOP se volete serate da divertirsi basta spostarsi a SOVERATO....in 15 minuti auto c'è tutto il divertimento che si vuole lungomare bellissimo ma se cerchi tranquillita'.. pace e mare bello consiglio ..casa di isabella è una garanzia grazie di tutto torneremo sicuramente ..

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

Siamo stati una notte per un viaggio di lavoro. Ci ha accolto Luigi, che ci ha mostrato l’appartamento, veramente molto bello e spazioso! Luigi è stato molto gentile e disponibile, siamo stati poco ma molto bene, ora sappiamo dove tornare se ci capiterà di ritornare a Catanzaro!
