Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The communication with the landlord was quick and easy.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

The place was great, I can't say anything negative. Luigi and his brother were very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very clean and very cozy and warm for the winter. We didn't miss anything and I would always come back!

‌ Aurelio is an exceptional host: since booking he has been helpful and friendly, offering tips and advice on how to best live our vacation in Calabria. The house is very large, it has a beautiful view of the valley below, it has a large garden with pergola and barbecue area. The rooms are large and well ventilated. Inside you can find everything you need (kitchen tools, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Two bathrooms with a shower + an outdoor shower are available. Peace and quiet reign and at the same time you can relax in the garden or reach the villages or some of the most beautiful beaches in a short time. It is a good base to spend the holidays at the sea, but without sacrificing the cool of the mountain.

Great welcome. The welcome drink was really very nice. Rita Stella and her husband are really charming and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is clean, functional and quiet. The central location allowed us to go to the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, as well as to Reggio Calabria.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Great place for enjoying the beauty of Coste Degli Dei and Calabrian cost! The sea view and sunsets with Stromboli are breathtaking! Mimmo and Loredana are amazing hosts and will feel you welcome like at home and provide best tips for local attractions. Highly recommended!!

Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Great Family Family Family Living My group of friends and I loved the place offered by Mike and Nerissa. The cottage has all the necessary comforts for short and long-term stays. The highlights of the property are definitely the sea view, the outdoor garden for outdoor meals, and the proximity to the free beach. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful farm and apartment on in picturesque Calabria. It is close to Lamezia Terme airport. The apartment we stayed in was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to spend some relaxing time at this agriturismo. Don't miss the amazing starry night sky!

Fascinating house, full of history and charm, surrounded by trees, with a fantastic view, 10’ from the beach. The pool is a real asset. Appliances would benefit from an upgrade. We hope to be back!
