Vacation rentals with beach access in Capo Rizzuto

The accommodation exceeded our expectations! The apartment and especially the balcony with the view is an absolute dream. The beach is right in front of the house. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The owner was very kind and accommodating. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at House Nina. The apartment is spacious and clean. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The village is quiet and has a nice beach. The WiFi works more times less well. There are two different wifi and we were able to switch to the other when one of the two was weak. Overall, we got along well with it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a wine from our own production, which we were very happy about. We also ordered the homemade beer and a limoncello. Prices were very fair and it was brought to us directly to the door within 5 minutes. Overall, we can only recommend the apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. My partner and I are traveling for two months (while working) and it's been our best experience with Airbnb. We've never had such a lovely host. He gave us clear instructions for check-in, but welcomed us in person and showed us the best places to eat and tips for getting around the city. I was ill and, not only wrote to ask if I had got better, but also helped me buy medication. The house was far from the noise and movement of the center, which we loved, but we were still very close and went out to eat in the city - which is gorgeous, we left completely in love. We spent the morning on the beach, worked from the apartment in the afternoon and went out for a walk in the evening. We want to have the opportunity to go back on vacation and enjoy the city more. Thank you for hosting us, Pasquale. You were sensational and we loved your space.

Everything was beautiful, starting with Elisa's kindness and friendliness. The location is truly beautiful and the sea leaves you speechless. I think we'll be back soon.

Couldn’t ask for better hosts , nothing was too hard , very hard to find genuine people like this these days . Very helpful, lovely clean spacious place . Having drinks and snacks provided was great also. So close to the beaches lovely car park nice garden, hope to be back one day. Thanks for the stay

We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

We had a great time in this villa, unfortunately only for a very short stay. The house is very welcoming, clean, furnished with new furniture and equipped with everything. Mrs. Antonella was very kind and helpful. We hope to be able to go back!!!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

+ Everything is good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen.

It was beautiful, communication with Silvio was great. He was always quick to answer questions and problems and helped us. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

I had a lovely stay at Graziella's apartment. Really nice hosts and the most beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is super central to the city and everything you need is available.

Good location for walking around the centre. Cristian was a great host and gave recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. Good cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a piece of garden at guests' disposal. The home is clean and well-maintained. Beautiful beaches nearby. Domenico is always helpful and communicative. We recommend it for guests with a car who are looking for peace and relaxation.
