We had a wonderful stay. The place had everything we needed. We were quite comfortable and having a washing machine was extremely helpful. It was easy to get to public transport and both Massimo and Simone were super fast at responding any questions. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Rome.

Abbiamo soggiornato nei due giorni di fine e inizio anno nuovo. Siamo stati benissimo, la casa si trova in un luogo storico e molto caratteristico con un panorama meraviglioso. L'alloggio è accogliente, pulito, ordinato, e vi si trova tutto l'occorrente di cui si può avere bisogno dalla cucina al bagno, non manca nulla! Nel soggiorno ci sono il camino e il divano ampio e comodo che sono il top . Lo consiglio a tutti specialmente a coloro che amano la tranquillità e oziare qualche giorno per ricaricarsi r poi tornare alla quotidianità. Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

From check-in to check-out the stay was great. The unit was close to everything and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. The biggest bonus was being able to park next to the unit as well as having a private driveway with a locked gate. Also, whenever I sent a message they would always respond very quickly so communication was great. I would stay here again and I would recommend staying here. Thank you

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Świetne miejsce do spędzenia czasu bardzo blisko plaży, która na początku czerwca była prawie pusta, niemal prywatna. W pobliżu dwie plaże z płatnymi leżakami i parasolami oraz barem plażowym, także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa villa , eravamo quattro adulti e una bambina , ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la villa è ampia e molto comoda, dotata di ogni confort necessario, il mare dista 3 minuti a piedi ed è stato super comodo il fatto di poter prenotare gli ombrelloni ed i lettini nella spiaggia attrezzata vicinissima a casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze c’è un parcheggio molto grande dove è possibile prendere anche una navetta che ti porta al centro del paese. Arcangelo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Il primo giorno abbiamo notato che la lavastoviglie non funzionava e la sera stessa ci è stata sostituita, hanno accolto le nostre richieste con la massima disponibilità. Speriamo di avere l’occasione di tornare a soggiornare da loro.

Great apartment and host. The apartment was exactly as advertised, everything was spot-on and clean. Nothing looked old or dirty. It’s a 40-50 minute walk from the city top attractions or a 20-30 minute bus drive. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is a supermarket next door. At one of the 5 nights that we stayed the upper floor neighbor was moving furniture or something and it got loud - but it was probably a one-off incident. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

È un'esperienza indimenticabile, totalmente immersi nella natura. Tutto il silenzio e la tranquillità di cui si necessita per staccare un po' la spina, una piscina a picco sul fronte della collina con una vista mozzafiato. Un barbecue in pietra per le tue grigliate e la compagnia di dolcissimi animali. Pietro e la moglie Pina sono degli host gentilissimi, disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. wir waren im März/ April bei Sonny, da ist die Umgebung noch recht ruhig aber schön, der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Leitungswasser riecht je nach Zeit mal mehr, mal weniger nach Schwefel, das ist aber für die Nähe zum Wasser wohl vollkommen normal. alles im allem empfehlenswert.

Soggiorno di due per 12 giorni. Host disponibile, gentile, veloce e puntuale nelle risposte, soprattutto quando ho avuto numerosi problemi con la carta di credito alla conferma della prenotazione. Lui e la persona che ci ha accolto meritano 10 e lode. Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi, silenzioso, arioso. Posto auto coperto, seppur scomodo sia in ingresso che in uscita, ha fatto la differenza sotto Ferragosto quando trovare posto in strada è impossibile. Ho molto apprezzato i ventilatori nelle camere da letto, il terrazzo attrezzato, dove si può mangiare e scorgere il mare, e poter portare con me il mio cane. La casa era pulita. Spunti miglioramento: - ulteriore mazzo di chiavi, con uno solo e con citofono non funzionante chi era in casa era costretto a scendere per aprire il portone (mezzo rotto peraltro!), anche la porta di ingresso all’appartamento non mi faceva stare tranquilla. - Nella dotazione asciugamani prevederei anche un telo doccia e non solo viso e ospite.

Lovely mid-century apartment with stunning terrace

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!
