We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. I was there with my daughter and we felt extremely safe. The house is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity is the subway, you can quickly get to the main attractions. The hosts were straightforward, nice, always available and wrote back quickly. We can only recommend it. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, perfect for 4 people thanks to the second bathroom. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, a stone's throw from Via Giulia, a few minutes' walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona, but still in an extremely quiet and uncrowded area. Fantastic location. Filomena was attentive to our requests and prompt in her responses. An exceptional host. I recommend everyone to stay here, you won't regret it.

Very nice apartment with all you need. A comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and even a small balcony. Great location in a calm residential neighbourhood not far from the city center. Good communication with the host.

The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Great place to spend time very close to the beach which in early June was almost empty, almost private. There are two beaches nearby with paid sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beach bar, and there's something for everyone.
