All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.

Lovely upstairs unit in Stintino with a courtyard. The apartment is located within the house (upstairs unit). Kitchen and living room decor was very cute but did not include any soap, simple toiletries which would have been nice. A few A/C units across the rooms. Walk to town is around 10 minutes but you will need a car for beaches, etc.

Che dire, è stata una settimana meravigliosa quella che abbiamo passato nell' alloggio di Walter. Casa trovata pulitissima, dotata di moltissimi confort, tra cui la doccia all' esterno che è stata davvero una chicca (sottovalutata inizialmente), condizionatore funzionante, cucina TOTALMENTE ATTREZZATA. Ma la vera bellezza è sicuramente la parte esterna della casa, meraviglioso patio con scorcio sul mare, rende aperitivi/cenette davvero magici. Le foto non rendono davvero giustizia. Posizione OTTIMA, a 7 Min a piedi dalla pelosa e pochissimi Min in macchina da ristoranti. Consiglio l' alloggio di Walter a chi vuole rilassarsi e connettersi con la natura. Si potrebbe migliorare qualcosa? Si, la struttura del letto è un po' "traballina", ma il materasso è di buona qualità quindi abbiamo dormito bene. Grazie ancora Walter per acqua e caffè che ci hai fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Considereremo la tua casa per viaggi futuri. A Presto Angelica e Simone

A Casa fica muito bem localizada, a 5 minutos a pé da lindíssima praia de La Pelosa. A casa estava muito bem cuidada e limpa, tem um espaço exterior muito agradável. A anfitriã, Giannella, é muito prestativa e acolhedora. Excelente opção para uns dias de praia em La Pelosa!
