House vacation rentals in Capitol Hill

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we are to return, we would most likely look at this house as a first option. The house is very spacious and for there to be 10 of us, we never felt piled on top of each other. the host communicated very well, from the time we booked the reservation up until it was time to check out and we really appreciate that! One main thing I would ask the host to consider is putting FULL BODY mirrors in some rooms (ie. living room/den and master bedroom) it was kind of hard trying to get dressed and make sure I looked well put together without having a full mirror to look into. Also, with all the backyard space, an in ground pool would have been nice but the above ground pool did its job. Overall the stay was about an 8/10

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

I think this was a wonderful place no problems at all just at the end when we was accused of something that was not when we went around we mop and everything and it was not but overall I really liked him

We loved being able to easily walk to the Air and Space Museum and the wharf. The paid parking space was great. We had a wonderful time exploring DC from this home base.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a chill side of town but in walking distance to the national mall. The house was clean well organized and well decorated. Our hosts were also really easy to communicate with and very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit here.

This was a great home to stay in with a convenient location. We were able to walk to the subway station to travel anywhere we needed to go in the city. I recommend booking this!

Our family of 3 (2adults and a 10 year old) had a wonderful time. The carriage house is lovely and in a beautiful neighborhood. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! My husband and I loved how clean and comfortable it was. The host offered lots of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We chose to walk everywhere. We got a few groceries at a nearby Trader Joe's (12 min walk). We enjoyed Le Bon Cafe, Buffalo and Bergen, and Young Chow... all walkable as well as the Eastern Market. We really enjoyed that we could walk to the Washington Mall (30 minutes) and Uber back ($15 off peak hours and $35 during peak). This location and historic carriage house was truly perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Nya was very responsive to any questions we had. And since we had light sleepers in our party, she provided white noise machines for both bedrooms. The Shaw-Howard Metro stop was only 5 min from the house. Excellent food / restaurants within 1-2 blocks: Zepplin, Ambar, and Baan Mee. Whole Foods Market was 15 min. walk. Neighborhood felt very safe. This was a great pick for our stay in DC. Thank you Nya!

I had a great stay at Laura’s AirBNB! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly; they were quick to respond and made check-in a breeze. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cute, quaint, cozy and lovely! Everything about this stay is very well thought out. From the cucumber infused face wash mask to the tasty snacks (crackers, chocolate, etc) and beverages (including wine, beer, club, soda, soda, bagels, waffle) to the comfy robes and slippers, this place is easily ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Location was great and there is a parking pass to use! Lori was very punctual with conversation and very flexible as well! Highly recommend!

The place was nice and comfy for the 4 of us. Good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Great amenities w snacks, water, and coffee pods. Also convenient to have an in unit washer and drier.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place, a nice anf quiet neighborhood, but still with bars and restaurants within a 2min walking distance, Union Station just around the corner: a great location to explore Washington DC from! ...and the convenience of washer and dryer, super!!

Erin’s Airbnb is fantastic! It is located in a great location walkable to Union Station, Capitol Hill, and many restaurants and sights. The home is attractive, immaculate, spacious and quiet. The home has a great layout with bedrooms separated. The host is responsive, welcoming, and lovely to work with. This home is a 10!
