A/C for all the house. You have two security entrance gates. Balcony with hammock and fence yard for dogs. Smart TVs, no Wifi, you can use your hot spot for them. You can shop at Plaza Caribe Mall and see so many Tourists Attractions. Centric near highway, Hospital, gas stations, pharmacy, Walmart, etc.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Located in a very convenient location close to a shopping center with a Super Walmart! There are also many places to go sight seeing that are tourist friendly and extremely fun to visit! There are restaurants nearby with live music playing so that you can enjoy your meal with excellent ambience! In PR we have Electricity problems but you will not have that problem since I have the installation of SOLAR PANELS

Renovated and painted, ready for a family to come in with luggage and be ready to spend time in the beautiful south of the Island. 10 min. away from the expressway 52, 15 minutes away from Mercedita (Ponce airport), 5 min. away from bowling alley, restaurants, shopping center, hospital and pharmacy and many more. Also 3 minutes from the famous UFO home!, The house is equipped with a 15k generator with transfer switch.

It was a wonderful place to stay and beautiful areas to walk in except for the occasionally iguana who jumped out at me, lol I am from Boston so I’m just used to mosquitoes. I hope people do choose this area because it was very pleasant and quiet.

Beautiful place everything was clean, house smells nice very comfortable great area very quiet easy access to the house ,not much water pressure but i think thats all the island,it has air conditioning unit in all rooms nice and cold parking space for 6 cars our stay was wonderful we will definitely book again i recommend it 100%

Love the place the area, the jacuzzi first time in my life would have loved to use it more all the way to the end of my vacation but after several days it didnt smell good the apt is amazing i have to say that
