Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Capital Department

As a family of 5 we had a wonderful stay at Carolinas place. The house is simply stunning. The architecture and the flow of the building is impressive and overall very well designed. We loved that the spacious kitchen is the heart of the building, from where you can access any of the other floors. The pictures don't give away how huge the house itself and its surroundings are! We were truly impressed by the space, as well as the beautiful and thoughtful decoration. The terrace is a wonderful extention to the interior, perfect for winding down and enjoying the view. The check-in was easy, they were aware of our arriving at the entrance and the guards were so kind to guide us to the exact house. Communication with Caro was good, she was always helpful with any concerns we had. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this very special place, and would come back anytime!

Fuimos con un grupo de amigos a la casa y la pasamos excelente. Nos tocó un fin de semana frio y la calefacción fue protagonista, excelente. Todo de acuerdo a lo publicado. Excelente casa.

La casa impecable y cómoda, la ubicación estaba bastante cerca de varios sitios importantes de la ciudad, y la amabilidad de María excelente, muy flexible en cuanto a nuestros horarios de llegada.

La anfitriona fue muy amable, atenta y gentil. La casa es muy espaciosa y con muy buen gusto el mobiliario. La pileta y el césped impecables. Mucha luminosidad, muy bien ventilado todo y además tenia aire acondicionado tanto en la habitación como en el living-comedor. Usamos el asador y el horno y funcionaron a la perfección. Super recomendable para pasar en familia, El lugar es tranquilo, muy buen clima y ambiente. Volveríamos con gusto a pasar un fin de semana largo.

Excelente, recomiendo este alojamiento al 100% las vistas, la casa, todo es un sueño! Gracias!! pasamos unos dias hermosos!!

Mi estadía en la casa de Clara fue increíble: el entorno natural, la comodidad de la casa, el parque y la pileta creaban un ambiente perfecto. Cada detalle parecía pensado para el descanso, y hasta el perro, con su compañía incondicional, te hacía sentir en casa. Súper recomendable

Claudia es excelente anfitriona , nos recibio muy bien a mi familia y estubo atenta a toda nuestras necesidades , la casa muy linda y limpia con un jardin fabuloso, piscina y juego de patios , el lugar muy tranquilo para descansar realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadia agradeciendo a Claudia por tanta amabilidad y recomendarnos lugares para ir , ella es muy dulce ,Gracias por la hospitalidad que nos brindo Claudia!!!!!

No tengo palabras suficientes para agradecer a Mónica por su hospitalidad. Desde el primer momento, fue como tratar con mi propia mamá: atenta, cariñosa y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos. Mónica no solo nos recomendó lugares increíbles para visitar, sino que también nos compartió su valiosa experiencia y conocimientos sobre la zona, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Hablar con ella fue un verdadero placer, siempre dispuesta a brindar información y hacer que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos. Es evidente cuánto cuida de su casa y de su hermoso jardín, que es una joya y un gran valor agregado al lugar. Las fotos no le hacen justicia – es un espacio amplio, cómodo, hermoso y perfectamente mantenido. La ubicación es ideal, con acceso fácil a todo en Salta, y nos sentimos muy seguros durante toda nuestra estancia. Pero lo más importante fue cómo Mónica se aseguró de que nuestra Nochebuena fuera el mejor momento de nuestro viaje.

The apartment is in a great location with a great outdoor patio and view of the mountain. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was an easy walk to the center of town.

Great place to stay near el punto shopping. Would highly recommend this stay for a family with young children.

There’s not a more beautiful place or better location in Salta. You are positioned one block from the Plaza, blocks of restaurants, stores, and cafes. The lodging is beautiful and adds to the beauty of Downtown Salta. Very cozy, very affordable, and very luxurious. One of my absolute favorite stays in 25 years of Travel.

We stayed there 9 nights in August and really enjoyed our entire stay. Maria was extremely responsive when we had questions. The front door/handyman was the best too! He always opened the door for us when we arrived/departed, and he was very friendly and helpful - truly exceptional. The neighborhood was also wonderful. Many nearby beautiful stores, restaurants, a fruit stand with the nicest human beings in the world, a pharmacy, while quiet and safe for walking after sunset.

A really great stay, we felt right at home. The host welcomed us so nicely with a very clean apartment and recommendations. We felt very safe in the area and very happy as there was a great empanada place just a 5 min walk away.

We really loved this place; it’s a much quieter neighborhood compared to the other places we stayed. You can find everything you need nearby, with a market and bakery close by. The house is just like in the photos, it has a nostalgic feel and is comfortable inside. We had a minor internet issue, a general signal problem, but our communication with Maria was always great. If I come here again, I would stay in this house again. :)

Carlo's place is just minutes away from the main plaza, within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and tour agencies. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, smells lovely and with all the necessary amenities. The beds are firm yet comfortable. It was a great place to return to after long days visiting the surrounding areas. Host was able to facilitate an earlier check in which was greatly appreciated!

The place is located close to lots of music restaurants and bars, so definitely wouldn’t be bored during night time! It’s also close to supermarket and other attractions! The host is very friendly and helpful! Even check up on our check in process later that day! Also gave us lots of recommendations! Highly recommended!
