Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.
