Cristina is an exceptional host! From the first contact, she was extremely attentive and careful. The apartment is simply beautiful and impeccably clean. Every detail was thought out with great affection. The location is perfect, making the stay even more enjoyable. I only have compliments to make! We felt at home.

The apartment is great, the beds are comfortable, the number of bathrooms is great, gas shower is all good and the TV is gigantic. It's perfect for changing the face of the home office, or taking some time to relax. Close to the mall and supermarket and receive a multitude of delivery services.

The stay was amazing. Me and my girlfriend stayed in the apartment for a week. Excellent location, right in the main square, with easy access to any point of the city - with short distances and easy walks. Around you have great options to eat. The apartment is in great condition. The photos correspond well to the apartment. It is very spacious, with a high right foot. The kitchen does have a refrigerator (the kitchen photo shows a minibar, but it has already been replaced by a refrigerator). Seu Luiz was very friendly and attentive. We love our stay and recommend it to everyone.

We spent a long season in Maria's apartment. It was super quiet! The very few problems we had were solved by her quickly. The kitchen is very well served by appliances and the barbecue is great! The fact that it has an isolated garage from the building's garage, with exclusive entrance, is very good for the dynamics of the house.

Quiet place, building with 3 apartments, we had no unforeseen events. There is no closed parking lot, but in front of the building there are 3 spaces available, we had no problems. I recommend it.

Despite being close to the highway, the windows keep the noise out, close to everything, bakery, supermarket, shopping, restaurants. Well organized and clean apartment.

Apartment very complete and with space for things. All utensils, appliances, furniture, fan etc available. Great for those who are in the area for work or on the way. The region has some options for snacks and is close to the highway. The parking space has a good space and is discovered. Just one detail: access to the block and apartment are super easy with a tag, but access to the condominium is made by facial recognition and you end up having to go in and out as a "visitor" even though the owner has previously informed, however I understand that this is something that is beyond her control.

House exactly as in photos. Great condominium, home in perfect condition, everything was well clean when we arrived, a great leisure area. The pool temperature was perfect for the days we caught, it was very warm, a delight. We'll be back for sure. Communicate with the host always very fast. Note Dez!!

the Chácara is clean, comfortable and has a lot of privacy. It was clean and organized. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. Kitchen utensils could be a little newer, for example, the cutlery (nothing that compromises the stay). The house has a lot of natural ventilation and is always fresh. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Data responds quickly and is attentive. Marie, it's a kindness in person, left a basket of fresh rednecked eggs like a treat for us. The eggs are from the hens raised on the site, we love😍

The owner Miguel, the homemade Carlos and his wife Juliana served us very well from the first day. Miguel responded very quickly everything we asked/requested even though it was a New Year's Eve, he was on the site a few times during our stay and talked with us, very friendly and attentive. The place is quite beautiful and spacious. The whole family enjoyed it. We hope to return someday

Zelinda is very nice, the house is clean and everything is organized. Location close to supermarket and restaurants. It was very worthwhile.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

Very clean and cozy place. Rafa is very receptive, we end up not meeting much for the schedules, but she was very friendly. The kittens are passionate and very quiet and loving. The parking lot is on the street, but there are spaces in front of the condominium. The condominium also has one of those self-service market trailers right in front of the block, very convenient.

An excellent option for those looking for a full apartment, great location, well furnished and the Tayara is a great host.
