This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Si entra attraverso una antica pergola di uva fragola, la cucina ed il bagno sono stati ricavati nelle "alcove", mentre la zona pranzo e la zona notte sono ubicate in un trullo saraceno e in uno a cono molto alto. Il patio esterno e la vicina piscina con due bordi a sfioro consentono di ammirare il panorama della valle e lo skyline di Ceglie Messapica.

In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

E’ un confortevole ed accogliente alloggio, recentemente ristrutturato, nel primissimo centro storico di Ceglie Messapica, a circa 100 m dalla centrale piazza Plebiscito. L’appartamento è ubicato al piano terra di un antico palazzo settecentesco, costruito interamente in pietra, con le caratteristiche volte “a stella” rese a vista, tipiche delle case delle zona. All’interno delle stanze non è presente l’aria condizionata in quanto non necessaria (ma è presente un ventilatore).

De villa en het domein voldeden volledig aan de verwachtingen. De foto’s komen overeen met de werkelijkheid, het domein is mooi, rustig gelegen en heerlijk om te vertoeven! Ceglie Messapica is zeer centraal gelegen voor verschillende uitstapjes in de regio. Het huis is recent en heel mooi ingericht, is ruim en licht, overal airco. Mooi zwembad, leuke BBQ area en de fitness was een extra ‘plus’. De bedden met de vele kussens en crispy lakens waren eveneens heerlijk en van goede kwaliteit. De hosts reageerden zeer snel op onze vragen en deden hun uiterste best om te helpen waar het mogelijk was en om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Happy customers 😊

We had an amazing 6 days at the trullo. It was an ideal home base while visiting Puglia. We particularly loved how private and peaceful it was. A beautiful historic trullo in the middle of an olive tree field, away from the crowds. Alessandro and his family are very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive throughout the stay. I can only recommend their trullo for an authentic, off the beaten path Puglian experience.

Ein kleines Paradies in Apulien – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir durften eine unvergessliche Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbringen und sind noch immer ganz begeistert! Das Haus liegt eingebettet in die wunderschöne apulische Landschaft – umgeben von Olivenhainen, mit herrlichem Blick in die Natur Das Ferienhaus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – eine perfekte Mischung aus authentischem Charme und modernem Komfort. Alles war blitzsauber, bestens ausgestattet und so geschmackvoll dekoriert, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Besonders genossen haben wir die wunderbare Ruhe, die großzügige Terrasse und die vielen Sitzplätze rundherum– ideal zum Entspannen, Lesen, Sonnenbaden oder einfach nur den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Geraldine und Ben waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man spürt, wieviel Herzblut in diesem Ort steckt.
