The apartment is perfectly situated with the most beautiful views and sunsets. The unit is tastefully decorated, and very clean. The unit has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There is a nice large shower with good water pressure and the WiFi speed also very good. We had a lovely time and will, without a doubt, visit Dirk's place again :) We absolutely loved it!!

The host was so kind and availed himself on text and call throughout our stay. The place was just as described, easy to access and the beach view made it entirely worth it. At the end of the trip De Walt even went further to extend his kindness by allowing us to stay a few more hours since our flight was only scheduled to take off later that day. Overall a fabulous experience, made the graduation weekend extra festive. Would recommend this cozy place to anyone, any day!🌻

Very convenient spot for Strand. Safe parking and an area to store surfboards etc greatly appreciated. Amazing view- on a windy watching the kite surfers is incredible.

This apartment was a fantastic find! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful aesthetic. I especially appreciated that it was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and crockery. The spacious rooms were a real bonus, and having a balcony with a stunning beach view was just incredible. Plus, the convenience of being a short walk from the beach made it the perfect location. It truly looked exactly like the pictures on the listing, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

Apartment super spacious, as was the balcony with amazing views! The two of us had everything we needed in the apartment. We used the laundry room which was not busy & easy to wash & dry clothes. Outside space & pool was a pretty space to sit & enjoy the sun. Loved the beach being just across the road for morning strolls & watching the amazing sunsets from our balcony. Recommend Pyjamas & Jam, our favourite place & the ice cream parlour by the apartment. Market & shops easy to get to, so all in all a perfect host & apartment.

Excellent host. Ideal location for water sports, walking and trekking. Some good restaurants close by. This unit is on the 3rd floor. Because of 'load shedding' in South Africa, the lifts are not always operative, make sure you can cope with the stairs.

Really great spot, with stunning views of the dam and surrounding area, host was very flexible and the outside area was very well equipped for a great time with family and friends

What an absolute gem. Perfectly charming house. Attention to details. the surroundings of nature's is so peacefull. Waking up at the sound of birds and the springboks outside the window. The damn was absolutely perfect to cool off. Second time here and not the last.

Great location - waking distance to the beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Great value for money with a lovely host. Perfect for families!

What a wonderful location and estate. The house was great, all en suite and Bianca (the host) was very responsive and helpful. Very secure estate with great facilities. If you want to visit the winelands, go on golf tour or base yourself there and travel into Cape Town, I would highly recommend. The views are amazing, the bird life impressive and a lovely home as well. The golf course is immaculate and top 5 in the country. Would definitely book again when back there.

What an absolutely amazing place, so peaceful and really beautiful surroundings, close to activities in Swellendam but away from the crowds. The perfect getaway with family. Lena was an absolute star.

We had an incredible stay at Miriam’s house, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by the attention to detail and warm welcome The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet. Also sea view 👌 Our host was responsive, friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Beautiful views, great host, apartment is well stocked. Parking was helpful and safe. Host communicated well and very pleasant. Very clean and as advertised. Suggestions: DSTV is a bit weak on channels perhaps consider Netflix option. A fan or aircon in TV Room would be a winner.

Jackie’s unit was the perfect match for our group of 6. The inverter was much appreciated, since load-shedding was scheduled 3 times a day during our stay. The washer and dryer are large and of excellent quality. Although the unit has a more limited side-view of the ocean, it is on the first floor - therefore very close to the large shared patio for beautiful ocean views. It is easy to cross the road to the beach in this area. There is a great coffee tuck (Bean Spoiled) and putt-putt course within easy walking distance (less than 1 km) from the unit. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for an affordable beach view!
