We loved the little space we had for ourselves Although it is busy with workers right behind our space which means no walking around naked 😅 but hot tub and grass patch was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway And it is still somewhat private and definitely feels peaceful Maybe an AC for hot summer days would be great We loved it and would recommend

A beautiful location, a magical night sky, a lovely host! A cute Cottage with everything you need. My suggestion, add the hot tub fees to rate like most properties that have this feature. Will recommend this cottage to everyone!

You can feel the love, care, and passion that Gabriela has poured into creating this magical retreat. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the joy of walking up to the labyrinth and witnessing a breathtaking sunset to the pure exhilaration of squealing down the foofy slide—every moment felt special. We loved hiking to the waterfall and rock pools, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty. Our cozy rondavel felt like a warm hug after each day of adventure. The charm of Frog Mountain extends beyond the landscapes—it’s in the horses grazing peacefully, the cows wandering the fields, and the symphony of beautiful birdsong each morning. Swimming in the river was a refreshing delight, and every corner of this place felt like a gift to the soul. We are deeply grateful

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spectacular views—truly something out of a postcard. The property itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The privacy was just what we were looking for, allowing us to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings without any interruptions. What really set this stay apart was the location. We were surrounded by stunning vineyards, perfect for wine tasting, and close to some fantastic restaurants in Ceres and Wolseley. Every detail exceeded our expectations, from the cozy interior to the thoughtful amenities provided by our hosts. the farm and accommodation were stunning—beautiful, and peaceful. Aaron is a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. i immediately felt at home. the farm has amazing views, hiking, swimming, and climbing, not to mention the adorable mini horses and orchards full of fruit. i’ll definitely be coming back :)

If I could give this cabin 10 stars, I would! My fiancé and I had a beautiful time. We booked 3 days over a weekend and it was filled with great weather, beautiful surroundings and peaceful vibes. The area and cabin look exactly like the pictures, neat, clean and ready for you to fill with memories! The tiny home is on a farm, between two dams and many trees. The place has air con for the super hot afternoons and all utensils, crockery, glasses and pots necessary if you need to prep a meal. We spent our days in the hot tub, chilling outside by the braai spot and inside by the fireplace after dark. Simoné is a lovely host, prior to check in, she shared a pdf with all the necessary info for our stay and places to see close by. We were able to self check in and checkout was seamless as well. Thanks for a lovely stay! We will be back one day🌸

We (a family with 2 young kids) spend one night at the Almond Cottage III and we were so happy with our choice. It was kind of a stopover because the drive from Plettenberg to Cape Town was too long for the kids, that's why we made this stopover in Swellendam. It's a lovely town and the estate is situated about 10 minutes out of town. It's so quiet, calm and peaceful. There are 3 cottages, but each has its private space and even its own fire place. I loved the design of the interior with floor mats of a local artist. Really lovely and much attention to detail. We also ordered their grace boxes which were fantastic. The cheese platter was in the cottage in the evening when we arrived. The breakfast boxes were delivered at 8 am to the cottage. The food was amazing with lots of variety! I can only recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, lovely place.

Laura has clearly put a lot of thought and love into the setting up the accommodation so beautifully - with wonderful little special touches and great attention to detail. Thank you for making our couple of night's stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable (and thank you for the delicious rusks too)!

My boyfriend, our 3 dogs and I stayed for my birthday weekend. The cottages are perfect, the bed is super comfy, the day bed outside the kitchen is the perfect chill spot. The donkey shower is easy to get going and gives you an amazing hot shower. Loved the little details, body scrub in the shower, cute pot of honey in the kitchen. The view is gorgeous and we even got to see a lightning storm in the valley below the cottage. You could probably hike the whole farm over a week, so many great trails to walk and run. The dam was a bonus on a hot day after a hike. The host Hope was lovely and very responsive. Would also be an epic winter getaway spot, I would have loved to get the indoor fires going. Loads of wildlife on the farm, heard baboons in the distance on the mountain, saw various bokkies, zebra & horses. Perfect place for ours dogs to roam around, they're completely exhausted. I can't fault the place, it's wonderful and I would 10/10 stay again

The photos really don't do justice to the beautiful surroundings, the quiet, tranquility and stunning amenities! It was so lovely to see all of nature coming alive and the emerging greenery and plants after a fire several months ago, we can't wait to return in upcoming months and explore more trails. It's completely safe and you could walk for hours. The home had lovely linens and a well equipped kitchen with high end appliances. There was plenty of wood and a very clean kolkol. Our host communicated well during our stay. The road leading to the eco pod is quite rough, so an off road vehicle is recommended.

We spent two fabulous days in Gite 3. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and the scenery surrounding the Gite is stunning. A beautiful location for our honeymoon. We only wish we would have been able to stay longer. Antoinette was so helpful, super easy to contact and gave us some brilliant recommendations. The location is super close to the centre of town. We will definitely be back to stay. Thank you so much for making our stay special!

What an absolute slice of heaven. This was one of the most amazing locations I have been. No cell reception was the highlight, this allowed one to truly immerse yourself in nature. The drive down the narrow mountain pass was an adventure in it's own right. The stars at night is something to behold. You will not make a mistake to add this to your bucket list.

We have had an unbelievable stay with Lina, she accommodated us perfectly in how to get there and how to get set up. Me and my wife enjoyed being totally disconnected from the rest of the world and just spend the days together. There’s a lovely space to cook inside and outside, the rooms are amazing and the whole building is nothing short of incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough. The only downside is that we didn’t book for more days. We will definitely be coming back.
