The house with several terraces is in a beautiful location and within walking distance of the sea, which is ideal for the kite-surfers. The nest of young dogs in the garden was a pleasant surprise. The house is nicely decorated. The owners were really friendly and helpful, as well as the help that ran around there.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Photos do not do the Villa justice. Everything was clean and spacious. The garden was lovely and we cooked BBQ in the bbq pit at the back of the garden. Pool was lovely especially as it was very hot when we came. The rooms were great sizes and we used the kitchen a lot which was very modern. There was also lots of utensils to use for when we BBQ. It also wasn’t far from local shops and restaurants. Andres was amazing at coming back to us and was great on Whats App. He also gave me restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault the place. We were visiting due to the fact we were getting married nearby later in the week and wanted to relax and we definately did. Thank you Andres and thanks for the champagne!!!

This was our 2nd stay at Achim's. We loved our first 4-week stay last year so we were sure we wanted to go back this year. The tranquility of the place, the spectacular view from the pool, the outdoor kitchen, the new whirlpool bath and the comfort of the small house seduced us again. We spent 5 weeks there and didn't want to leave. Whether you're looking for a long or short stay and you're looking for tranquility like we are, this is the perfect place. 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Conil for shopping, less than 15 minutes to explore Vejer. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of goats and birds after a day of exploring. Achim is very responsive and makes sure everything is perfect and Miguel the gardener comes twice a week to make sure everything is great. We'll definitely go back. It feels like home:)

It was a very nice holiday. The house is very quiet, you can hear almost nothing and are completely undisturbed. The house is relatively small, but the garden and pool are huge, which makes the stay a great experience! The way to the beach is faster through the back exit than you would think by map. The beach is very nice and unspoiled. The communication was very good. We will be happy to come back!

An idyllic sanctuary near to the unspoilt beaches of Conil. The house is beautifully decorated, full of stylish touches, with an incredible tropical garden full of cacti and citrus trees. Lots of outdoor areas to relax, a lovely pool, perfect for our family with young kids. Without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on holiday, we absolutely loved it.

Myself and 9 other women stayed here for 5 nights to visit our friend working locally. It’s a great location to get to the beach - very short walk. Local pharmacy and local small supermarket all walkable. We were more than happy with the airbnb - we felt it was bigger than the photos which was excellent. The airbnb was nice and clean. We felt safe and the area is peaceful. Muchos gracias Juan! ❤️

We had an amazing time at Juanma's house. The beach is very close and the children have really enjoyed the pool. The house is huge and exceeded our expectations. We hope to repeat next year.

a beautiful location close to a lovely quiet beach with a nice boulevard! When it is quiet, the beach tents are closed. nice view over the lighthouse. we went to Gibraltar for a day, very nice !! nice barbecue in the garden and a nice swimming pool ! Tip: kettle and possibly beach chairs!

The house is great, the hosts welcomed us in person and were very attentive to us. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. It's also in the center, you can walk to the most important places and it has free parking very close by. Unbeatable. We'll be back for sure

The house has everything you need ,in cooking , in the rooms, the two patios that it has It is in a quiet area and at the same time you have many options to do and walk The house is great and highly recommended

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

Great stay! Beautiful house, looks exactly like in the pictures. They responded quickly and were very friendly. For our son, everything was already ready, a fence around the pool, a baby bath, a high chair, they had thought of everything! We really enjoyed it here!

Paola is a great host and her cottage is perfect to spend a few days on the amazing beach of Bologna. Steps to the beach and restaurants. Parking and shops very close. The house is super nice, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay, many details and decorated with love. I fell in love with the patio with the flowers!! Our stay was perfect! Only 20 minutes away from Tarifa, the small village of Facinas is perfect it you are looking to stay a bit away from the crowd. the House is very well furnished, with large rooftop exactly as shown in the pictures. beautiful sunsets and perfect for a relaxing gateway!

The accommodation is very well located, you can walk to all the important sights and you have a beautiful view of the sunrise from the bedroom window in the morning.

I stayed here for three weeks and it was a great winter get away. The area is beautiful, safe and perfect for surfing the spots in Los Canos. The apartment is small but great for one person, a couple or even a small family. The WIFI is fast and reliable. I had to work a few days and it was perfect for meetings & calls. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. In general the apartment matches the pictures, though it has a slightly aged feel with a few signs of wear here and there, probably from the proximity to the sea. But it still provides a comfortable stay and I would come back for sure! Borja is also a very nice and helpful guy! Check in/out was easy and he helped me very fast with any questions. Thanks a lot!

The holidays in this house have been wonderful, the house is amazing, we didn't want to leave it, the porch is amazing with a barbecue and a fully equipped dining area. The pool area is designed in detail to enjoy with the family. The house is next to several supermarkets and restaurants. If I return to the area, I will definitely stay again. Very helpful host for any questions and queries, in general a 10.

The house, the pool, the more than complete kitchen and the location exceeded expectations. Despite not being the cheapest location in Andalusia, this was well worth it to us. Walking to the beach or a restaurant around the corner, but also the important places were at a relatively short distance: Cádiz as a special city with its own Gulf of Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera with its sherry, horses and, if you're lucky, the feria de Jerez But also Tarifa, the place to be, if you are a water sports enthusiast with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Everything at your fingertips. Communicating with Aafke was very pleasant and friendly. Lots of tips and always answers to any questions we had. In short: fantastic! This place, this house I would recommend to anyone. We were with four adults but children will also have a good time here!

A beautiful house, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. You feel right at home. With everything you need for a few days. We didn't use the terrace much because the weather was unpredictable, but it's beautiful. We were delighted.
