Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location, and a gorgeous cabin. Perks included the outdoor spa bath, beautiful fireplace and quiet. Stars at night were lovely, the cabin was clean and hosts friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return and recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

The location is perfect—quiet and relaxing. yet just a short distance from Peninsula Hot Springs, shops, and restaurants. Had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Would highly recommend! So close to the shops, and very short drive to beautiful Barron heads. We had four little kids with us and they spent 90% of their time out the back playing in all there was to offer.

Great self-contained space in a natural setting - super quiet for well-needed sleep ins - close to Sorrento shopping plus the ever popular Millionaires cliff walk and Portsea pub for great dinner choices! The Peninsula Spa was only 15-20 mins away (best day out ever!) and loved my breakfast at cliff top cafe on Sorrento back beach - David was a warm and responsive host - all in all a great value stay in a very special part of Victoria :)

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Sandy and Clive’s place was easy to find & access - a very welcoming, private, peaceful place. We loved having a place to charge our plug-in EV car too. We chose it because of its close proximity to the National Celtic Festival in Port Arlington, & it was at a decent price point for us! A very cosy, cute one room space - but with everything we needed. Including an ensuite with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable & we slept well! The aircon unit was also the heater - which was a bit noisy , so we didn’t run it at night. Perhaps a small radiator would be handy in winter? But there were plenty of blankets & an electric blanket to warm up the bed before we got in, which was lovely, we were snugly warm in bed. Kitchenette was cute too & there were a few porridge satchels for brekkie. We didn’t get to try the vibrosauna, but we’d book Sandy & Clive’s place again if we go to the festival next year & maybe we’d get to try the vibrosaun then! Thanks again. Perfect winter escape!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

The place was great for a weekend trip for my family. It was also clean, cozy and well equipped. The spacious and fully secured backyard was perfect our dog as well.

We had a great stay at this clean and spacious bungalow. The location was perfect, and the place had everything we needed. Even though it rained all weekend and we didn’t get to use the amazing amenities like the pool and tennis court, we’ll definitely be booking again in summer to enjoy them properly. We had a great time at Jodie’s air bnb. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, cinema room, swings and mini golf. The house is well set up to accommodate two families. Jodie was very easy to communicate with. Definitely booking again!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!
