Great little hotel, not too far from all the main attractions of P-town. The property has a heated pool and hot tub that was super great since it was raining and chilly. Room had everything we needed and was super cute! Bed was pretty firm, so if you like that you'll love it. P-town's Pride Ride was a super pleasant surprise convenience that will get you back and forth whenever you need a ride! Parking on-site at the hotel was awesome since it's so limited throughout the rest of town. Will definitely stay again when we come back to town!

Great view of the Ocean and easy access to the beach. The resort folks were friendly and helpful.

beautiful location right on the beach! we used scooters easy to connect to the local coast app and took a quick 10 minute scooter ride into downtown... very accessible and fun! quiet accommodations and comfortable bed!

Great stay just outside the main attractions in PTown. Easy access to downtown area on shuttle. Breakfast was an unexpected plus! Staff could not have been nicer.

Great location for all Hyannis has to offer. Main St. is awesome. Literally steps to shops, restaurants, and bars. The harbor is a 5 minute walk at the most. The JFK museum and the Hyannis Harborhawks of the Cape Cod Baseball League is just down the street. The accommodations are clean and sizable for 4 comfortably with a full kitchen. Free parking. Check-in was easy.

We had a very nice stay. The condo is nicely designed and was impeccably clean. Great location in walking distance to the sights, shops, and restaurants. Dan was responsive and kind.

Dan's place was the perfect setting for my mini-honey moon. My bridal party and I got ready here the morning of my wedding and my new husband and I spend the remainder of Labor Day weekend here. There is no shortage of things to do, or great food and drinks in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!
