Perfect spot to get away and clear your head. Wi-Fi and amenities we're great, the private back patio is serene and everything you'd want to see in downtown Provincetown is within walking distance. If you enjoy the type of vacation where you can park your car and not get back in it until you leave, this is a wonderful spot. It was very affordable, well maintained, and an overall peaceful spot with good vibes.

Beautiful place to stay in Provincetown. Loved the space and decor. Excellent host and extremely accommodating . Right near Liz Cafe for an awesome breakfast. So close to beach to walk our dogs. So glad we found this special place.

Great location and the house was exactly as described. Perfect get-a-way. Particularly enjoyed the short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset strolls!

A beautiful cottage. Our dogs loved the beach and we loved hearing the ocean at night. Best of all, we saw North Atlantic Right Whales at Long Point. In a world where it can be difficult to sleep well - I slept like a baby!

I stayed at the Chatham Cottage for three nights with my sister and niece. It was a girls’ weekend in late March. The neighbors and street traffic were quiet. We stayed in most of the time watching movies. There are a few restaurants close by and we went out a couple of times to eat. The beach is close and walkable from the cottage. All the rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen had essentials, coffee, olive oil, salt, etc. We brought all our food and snacks from home, even though there is a Stop and Shop nearby. Anything you may have forgotten to bring will probably be in the cottage. Meaghan offered early check in and late checkout since the cleaners finished early and were returning after 11:00 on the check out day. We all enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with our two small dogs. The home was small but perfect for us to attend a family baby shower. The neighborhood is a great place to walk the dogs without a lot of traffic. The owners were responsive to questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Sue's place was perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. Sue provided a comprehensive list of restaurants in the area, but we prepared all of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-appointed, very much appreciated. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach. Though it was off-season and overcast, inside it was perfectly cozy. The fireplace was great to return to. Sue was quick to return texts, and very welcoming. The snack basket was well received! Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the cottage! It was the perfect location in town — tucked away enough to be private, but also walkable. We loved that we were able to get to all the places we wanted to be within 10 minutes. Highly recommend the Canteen for the hot lobster roll and clam chowder and Cabot’s Candy for salt water taffy! The cottage was clean and perfectly set up. Plenty of space to spread out a bit and still cozy. I appreciated the garment rack upstairs to hang up clothes. The bed was also very comfortable! There was a mix up with our check in, but Michael made it right with us right away. There was great communication and we greatly appreciated his quick action! Thank you for being an amazing host!

A great stay for a week with the family. Kitchen had all pots/pans needed for significant cooking, comfortable beds and linens, great walker- accessible bathroom, comfortable couches. Kathy is a very responsive host and bought a chair and DVD player for our use. Beautiful garden, bbq area and fire pit area. Note fire pit and bbq area are not wheelchair accessible. Short walk to beach and quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would recommend for a large group.

We had a wonderful day Stay here! We love to walk, and the location was just perfect for that. Great walks to the beach, and around town. Excellent restaurants within a short walk. An easy walk to the harbor to catch the ferry to the islands. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return. So glad we found this place.❤️

A-mazing! Spectacularly serene & quiet. Sauna was such a great extra! Hosts are exceptionally responsive and are sure to communicate everything you could need while you’re enjoying their home. Local food recommendations were on point! Very clean and well appointed. Classy design. So great that they’re dog friendly!

Beautiful and comfortable house. Private with gorgeous views. Fun treats and snacks and even lovely surprises in the bathrooms. Being able to do laundry and the guide to local restaurants and attractions were all super helpful. Tara provides an amazing online database of recommendations and instructions. Note to dog owners: one thing that we didn't realize until we booked and read all the pages of the guidebook, dogs are not allowed on furniture or to be loose in the house alone. Tara was kind enough to ask us our dog's size and provide a crate, but because we've never crated our dog, we just brought her with us everywhere. More fun for her!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ! Everything was amazing ,we had one minor issue that was taken care of very quickly! The hosts were responsive and very helpful. This was our second stay and we would love to stay again in the future . Thank you for hosting us , we all had an awesome time …the backyard was a favorite for some s’mores and badminton fun 😂😊😊😊 Definitely was very peaceful and felt like home , see you next time !!

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

We loved our stay at Jo-Ann’s. It was very spacious and fit all of us perfectly.

Great little place right on the beach . . .we had everything we needed and a basement full of things i case we forgot something. Very nice and comfortable. The dogs had a great time!!

This guesthouse and the surrounding area are beautiful, romantic, and peaceful to stay in. It was easy to check in and out and we would love to stay here again.

Jack's place was a great spring getaway for our family (2 adults + 2 kids and a grandpa). It is very nicely decorated, spacious and seconds from Kingsbury beach. Nice sea view from the upstairs lounge, the sunsets never disappoint! Unfortunately the weather was still too cold for enjoying the very nice garden at the back.

We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

Dori was the perfect Host! Our daughter was getting married and Dori couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had a wonderful stay in her adorable home. We had our two tiny furbabies with us and everything was perfect. Highly recommend 😊
