I had a great stay at this BnB! The place was very spacious and well-maintained. The toilet and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was super comfy with fresh linen provided. I also appreciated the balcony—it was a nice touch for some fresh air. The kitchen had all the utensils I needed to cook, which made things really convenient. The environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Secured parking was a big plus too. Host is super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Ms. Leizy’s place. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. All items, especially the cookware and toiletries, were complete, and all listed amenities were available. The host and caretakers were very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The air conditioning units worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. The location is also ideal, being close to Koreatown, Clark Freeport Zone, SM Clark and many other spots. I highly recommend Ms. Leizy’s place for a comfortable and convenient stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

Loved the place. Would stay longer if we could but Nigel already had other guests coming over. Wifi was fast and never had a issue with it. Smart TV was great for lazy evenings. Couch probably seen some better times. Kitchen could use microwave for quick reheating of some leftovers but we managed quite well with induction top and mini owen provided, even cooked some fresh food. Will come back if we get a chance.

I stayed at Nick’s place about 3 weeks. The apartment was very comfortable. Aircon worked great, as well as the internet. It is a very quiet and peaceful apartment, I slept quite well! It is centrally located, so you can walk to just about anything you need, restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. Communication was great! His assistant Margarita was there for anything I needed. She was professional and very pleasant to deal with. At one point the refrigerator broke. I called her to let her know, and in less than an hour the staff brought a brand-new refrigerator to replace the broken one! Main takeaway: Nick is an excellent host and is obviously committed to the comfort of his guests! I would definitely stay again!

Travelled to Clark for work and it was terrific. I really enjoyed the location, close enough to SM Clark for shopping but lots of great little supermarkets nearby, so need to head to SM Will definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommended Stay at JM Villa! We had an amazing time at JM Villa! The property is incredibly spacious and was perfect for accommodating both our family and friends. Everyone had more than enough room to relax and enjoy themselves. The beds were soft and super comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night’s rest after a day of fun. The comfort rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated—it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority at JM Villa. A big shoutout to Myza and the caretakers for being so responsive and friendly throughout our stay. They made everything easy and ensured we felt well taken care of. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JM Villa is a fantastic place for group getaways, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay because Bed, Bark and Breakfast was homey and peaceful. My kids were dog and cat lovers too, so they were happy to spend time with the dogs and cats at AKF, and our dog Tofu was exposed to other dogs and socialized for the first time. Aris was also very responsive to our needs.

Anthony and May were great hosts and the place was amazing. Really enjoyed my 10 day stay as the place was comfy and had everything I needed and only a short trike ride away to Malls and Walking street. Really appreciate all the amenities at the room and staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
