Apartment on the lake - Trevignano Romano

PaoloRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Huge house and very close to the lake, parking is both free and paid below the house so there is always room. We had a great time together so we'll be back for sure.

An inviting outdoor view is framed by an arched brick entrance. Lush greenery, including palm trees and manicured grass, extends into the distance. The sky is dotted with clouds, creating a serene backdrop for the tranquil garden setting.

The perfect place near Rome.
A functional bathroom area is presented, featuring a shower unit with natural stone tiles and a wooden shower mat. A round mirror complements a modern sink placed atop a flat surface, with storage neatly arranged beneath.

La Macina di Modì

Our stay was in the magnificent city of Cetona. We felt so lucky to be in the old part of the City. The decor was picked with an artist’s care. The space was elegant and we loved our vacation!
A dining table is set on the terrace, featuring a crisp tablecloth and placemats. Fresh flowers are displayed in clear vases, with the sea and coastline visible in the background under a softly lit sky.

Terrace with a sea view, weekends

StrübenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The apartment is located above the village, parking is outside the door. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living and dining area. This and the terrace in front have magnificent views over the place, the beaches and the sea. You can hardly get enough. In the village, there are many shops, many restaurants and bars. We were there in the spring. I suspect it can get pretty crowded in the summer. We, a family with 5 adults, felt very comfortable and enjoyed the unfortunately too few days in the apartment.

Beautiful bright villa with view - Casa Luca

RafiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
The exterior of a single-story villa is shown, featuring pale walls and light blue shutters. A small patio area is visible, furnished with a white chair. Surrounding greenery and tall pines create a natural boundary, emphasizing the quiet and relaxed setting.

Villetta Lorenza

AndreasRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Despite very bad weather, we were able to make good use of the time in the house and its surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped and could be cooked well every day. Since our stay was in the preseason, regional restaurants were not open, which was not bad.

Gorgeous home in Farnese

The local hosts were very attentive and helpful - thank you very much. The place is beautiful and rather secluded - many worthwhile excursion destinations within car distance. We felt very comfortable in the house, all the necessary comfort available. The swimming pond is still fresh even in high summer. All in all a wonderful place to arrive and relax - we thank you for the unique holidays!
