House vacation rentals in Capalbio

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lucas Ferienhaus. Zwei Wochen in der typisch toskanischen Idylle mit mehr oder weniger privatem Pool halfen uns die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Neben den ausgedehnten Pooltagen durfte auch das sightseeing nicht zu kurz kommen. Es gibt viele einzigartige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Allerdings ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Zu den meisten Locations braucht man ca. 1h. Luca war ein toller Gastgeber und dazu ein wirklich angenehmer Typ, der alles dafür tat, dass wir in unserem Urlaub eine gute Zeit hatten. Er kennt sich bestens in der Gegend aus und konnte uns eine Vielzahl Empfehlungen für fantastische Tagesausflüge geben. Was wir noch erwähnen möchten ist die Sauberkeit. Das Haus war wirklich top gepflegt. Selbst die Messer waren einigermaßen scharf 🙌 😅 Wir haben uns bei Luca sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt bei ihm nur wärmstens empfehlen. המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

Super mooie lokatie en een zeer sfeervol luxe huis met alle gemakken en gezelligheid Vele leuke plekjes in de tuin en dichtbij dorp en strand (10 min rijden) Isolina was erg lief en een erg fijne host. Ontzettende aanrader!

Geweldige plek tussen de bloemen, bomen, dieren, en lieve familie die lekkere salade, pasta en taartjes bracht. Superfijne plek en heel fijne ontvangst. Zeker de moeite waard. Heel nu ewl dank!

La casa di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiellino: pulita, ordinata, spaziosa, accogliente, completa di tutto, con anche una fresca veranda con un giardino curato dove poter pranzare in compagnia e far giocare i bambini. Dispone anche di due posti auto comodissimi. Si trova in una via residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal bellissimo mare e a due minuti in macchina dal centro di Castiglione. Beatrice è un host molto premurosa, si notano subito l'amore e la passione che ci mette per rendere la casa il più accogliente possibile per far in modo che gli ospiti passino un soggiorno felice e tornino a casa soddisfatti. Noi abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana ed è stata dura fare le valigie per far ritorno a casa! Se scegliete Castiglione come luogo di vacanza, le case di Beatrice sono super consigliate! Grazie ancora per il fantastico soggiorno!

Wir hatten etwas Pech, weil auf dem Nachbargrundstück gerade mit viel Lärm gebaut wurde. Die Wohnung selbst liegt aber eigentlich hervorragend: Nahe am Strand und an der Altstadt und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts. Elisabetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

Absolutely stunning home. I have nothing negative to say. The host was amazing, she was super nice, responsive and kind. 100% Reccomend to everybody.
