Great place to stay and very nice host.

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

I had the opportunity to stay in the apartment and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first moment, the place exceeded my expectations, it is impeccable and very tastefully decorated. Every corner is designed to offer comfort and functionality, such as a fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and perfect lighting. Best of all, the location. It is in an excellent, safe and quiet area, but at the same time close to everything: restaurants, shops and green areas. It's ideal for both a relaxing getaway and a longer stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish and conveniently located accommodation experience. ✨✨

We loved staying at Caitlins apartment. The place is even better than the pictures, it was super clean, new and accommodating. The kitchen and the house in general is well equipped. It's a new and centric complex, very easy to access. We really recommend to reserve this apartment. We hope to be back!

This was our 6th visit to his apartment at Soto Grande and it has lived up to our expectations. It is a very peaceful location without the large crowds of other places. He was responsive to our needs after we arrived.

Our stay at this beautiful marina house was nothing short of incredible. The home itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of the water & boats. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Miguel is such an attentive & helpful host. His warm hospitality made a big difference & truly enhanced our experience. We extended our heartfelt thanks to the chefs—the Dominican meal we decided on was outstanding! Every dish was delicious & beautifully presented. Regarding housekeeping by Margarita (she also cooked us a superb breakfast), everything was immaculately clean & well maintained...everything stayed pristine, which allowed us to simply relax & enjoy the peaceful, luxurious setting. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We also rented a 6-seater golf cart...a must for riding to beaches, grocery store, & restaurants around Cap Cana Marina. Thanks again for everything, Miguel. This was a truly memorable stay!

This BnB is amazing from the location, amenities, staff, and attention to details. It is located steps away from the beach. Nomar from Pinpar is the best BnB host I’ve had. You can get of hold of him at anytime and is very helpful. The staff off the house cleans everyday and does a great job. Yony from security is a great guy, would help bring us food late night if we didn’t want step out. Recommend 100%!

Excellent accommodation, close to the beach and in a good location. Sadiel was always available and super attentive, our stay was great and I'll be back soon. I felt right at home.

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

My stay was very pleasant. The place is spotless, very organized . Security guards on the gate . Close to a lot of places to go and shopping. relaxing and views of the pool. I really recommend this place.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.
