Cozy Cabin is an elegant and modern space, equipped with a full kitchen, TV, and access to a shared treehouse, outdoor shower, and a fun hangout and BBQ Grill area!

Our beautiful home is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood in a relaxed setting for viewing the roaming deer and other small wild life only 5-10 mins away from 3 boat ramps can fish.Boats / Jet-skis are welcome , lake is across the street behind some homes/trees. Gas station/dollar general store one mile away. Must visit Canyon lake Dam, with amazing views and sunsets can walk on Dam, fishing, swimming, ice chest and your own outdoor cooking allowed, restrooms available.
