Located in the heart of Lakeland near Emma and Christopher lake where you have great beaches, restaurant and grocery stores. We are also located near Prince Albert National Park were there are ample opportunities for hiking and exploring. The beaches are a short bike ride away.

There are 25 lakes within a short 30 minute drive, more often than not you will be the only boat on the lake. Close to and extensive network of hiking, and atv trails. The marina hosts a large pier where you can fish or launch your boat, also enjoy boat and paddle boat rentals or play 9 holes of golf. Winter guests will enjoy downhill skiing, tobogganing and endless snowmobile trails.

Perfect place to get away and get into nature. Unplug from your busy life and stay at our ‘little house on a hill’. It’s an easy highway drive from Saskatoon. Trails through nature right out the door and a prairie lake on the property that’s great for kayaking and canoeing. There is no power or running water. We enjoy candle light and the glow from the wood stove. We ask guests to bring water for drinking and washing up. Bathroom facilities are a short walk out the back door.

New Waterfront Cabin

Dave was great — super helpful and quick to reply. Our original Airbnb got canceled last minute because of the wildfire, and he totally saved our trip! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — from kitchen stuff to books and games. Beds were really comfy too, we all slept like babies. The only small downside was the 4th bedroom — since it was listed as a bedroom, we expected a closed-off space, but it was actually an open area near the bathroom, which made it less private and a bit uncomfortable for the couple staying there. But overall, great spot and we’d definitely stay again!

Second time booking as our original plans to go north were overturned during the northern fires. Again had a great time in the cabin plenty of room for my son since the rain and winds kept us inside the cabin when we went out fishing or enjoying the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great to be outside the city but close enough to easily access it. Fun, colorful spaces with personality. Felt like a downtown apt until you stepped outside and were surrounded by nature. Unfortunately while we were there there was a fire ban so we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor fire pit. Would recommend for those wanting to escape the city and disconnect.

Had a great time during our short stay here. A trip was extended due to wildfires closing the main highway that lead to my home community, but Brian and Dianne accepted our reservation on such short and we're very understanding despite my group not fitting their normal criteria. Overall it was a wonderful place and the hosts were amazing in all aspects, highly recommend.

My dog and I stayed here for a little getaway from the city and I am so glad we did. The cabin itself was easy to find, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It has a great cozy feel to it and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice having the outdoor space and the bbq! We utilized the dock for fishing and had great luck with a total of 13 pike from the dock. We also met a kind neighbour who even took us on his boat to do some off-shore fishing. All in all, I throughly enjoyed my time here and Shelly was incredibly helpful with answering my many questions. The little treat at check in was much appreciated and they kindly gave us an early check in to start sooner. We would stay here again!
