Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

We had a great day here. Amazing house and amazing host. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

It was such a pleasure to be able to stay in this amazing condo. We enjoyed ourselves and everything was so beautiful and just like the pictures. We enjoyed the scenic views and being in a quiet area. She communicated very well and in a timely manner. She was the perfect host and my family and I will be back to visit soon!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at Marbella! We have a large family and this home was perfect for us! We enjoyed all of our meals on the porch with the Gulf in view and breezes from the bay to cool us! I know for some planning it’s helpful to know layout… the top floor has the living areas, a king bedroom with en suite full bath and another bedroom with full bath off of the hallway. The middle floor has a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite full bath and a room with two twins and access to a full hall bath and the very large bedroom with the bunk beds and en suite bathroom. The pool and beach toys available were fantastic! We especially loved the shibumi shade for the beach. We didn’t want for anything! We cooked almost all of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked. We had fun with the fancy coffee and espresso machine as well as the margarita mixer!

Super nice stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped, with nice decorations. All items were in great quality and shape. Communication and instructions were perfect. Everything was easy. We will definitely come again!

We stayed at the Sea Salt Villa for 4 nights as we waited out evacuation orders from our home due to Hurricane Milton. The place was a perfect sanctuary and no detail was spared. We were provided games to play as a family AND beach toys for our trips to the nearby beach. We cooked in the fully functional kitchen and enjoyed coffee every morning on the host, who graciously provided coffee and snacks. Very rarely did we hear the neighbors and not at all past 10pm. It was quiet, clean, inviting and in a great location! The pizza and calzones at Beach Buzz, located in walking distance were also delicious. Jennifer was responsive and helpful if we had any questions. We will most definitely go back someday--hopefully under better circumstances--but this place made our evacuation feel more like a vacation! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The condominium was excellent—exactly as shown in the pictures. It had the perfect number of beds and plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach, and the full-time residents we met at the pool were so friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our vacation and hope to be back again soon!
