Vacation rentals with a patio in Canton Township

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Very cozy little house. Had everything we needed, close to food, and the rinks. Our host made everything so easy, and made us feel at home. We especially loved the easy checkout instructions.

Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

Very clean, comfortable home in a beautiful, friendly neighborhood. This was our second time staying in this home. It works well for our large family, which includes dogs. Great location for walking to the charming downtown (where I grew up!) but also surrounded by tons of easily driveable stores and restaurants. The hosts provide lots of helpful information about the house and the area and it's a great value for the money. We'll be back next year!

I loveeeeee Corey’s place. I’ve stayed in many of Airbnb in different states. This by far is my best one. So comfortable, cozy. Pictures looked exactly like the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. Can’t wait to come back hopefully it’s available..

Great AirBnB! Just what we needed for this Michigan portion of our vacation, to feel comfy and at home. I can easily say that this AirBnB stood out as having THE most amenities/extras of any one I've stayed in. That is - the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms - so well stocked. Felt very homey. Our teens loved the pool table in the basement. We all loved the spaciousness of not being in a hotel so we could really relax and recharge when not visiting folks in the area. Keep up the good work, Anton! And thank you.

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

Justin’s place is even better than the photos! It’s huge and solid and so beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and will hope to visit again.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place. The house is in an excellent location, just a block away from a nice park and playground. Everything in the house was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were very clear, Peter was responsive with any questions we had, and he made a high chair available for our son. Overall, it is probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!
