Perfect stay in Porto Alegre. The apartment is even better than in the photos, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. My family and I felt at home, the location is great and the condominium is very safe. The view from the penthouse is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and the shower is wonderful, with a showerhead with excellent (adjustable) pressure. We already want to go back and we certainly recommend it for anyone looking for a stay in Porto Alegre. Thank you Thiago!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

The location is very good. Access to the building was very easy and modern. It has a 24-hour doorman, which provides a lot of security. The host, Fábio Ricardo, was very attentive. The apartment is very cozy and the sunset can be seen through the living room window. It's very beautiful!

LOVELY! The apartment is beautiful, exactly as shown in the listing photos: everything is new, impeccably clean, well distributed and functional. The building is super safe, the common areas are beautiful and well organized, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Katia was absolutely sensational from start to finish, we had some unforeseen events during the trip and she always responded quickly and helped us a lot to overcome these challenges. Very polite, proactive and efficient, she made all the difference in making our trip to Porto Alegre unforgettable. I just have to thank you for the wonderful stay, we'll be back soon!

Clean and organized place...... I just thought it was very small, in the photos it seemed to be bigger.... for one person it's perfect.

The apartment is very nice, with a pleasant condominium. Anderson and Sabrina were great hosts.

The host is kind, attentive and responds quickly. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Close to the mall, the waterfront and basic infrastructure. The bathroom has a wonderful shower, the bedroom has a comfortable bed with new and fragrant linens. In the kitchen, the equipment is modern and works very well, I fell in love with it. The integrated living room has a giant TV screen and the design makes the environment unique. The garage is spacious and the gym, although not very large, is very good. The building is quiet, as is the neighborhood. Check in and out are easy and fast. An experience worthwhile. We count the days to go back.

We loved staying with Andre & his beautiful wife! Very attentive, responsive, kind & it was perfect for our family & our needs. We all enjoyed the pool & the outdoor patio & kitchen often. We would totally love to come again!
