It was the second time I stayed at Brenda's apartment in the first quarter of 2025, and the experience was excellent! The place is comfortable, clean and safe, with a great location near the Praia de Belas Shopping Mall, the Historic Center and the Guaíba waterfront. The double bed is very good, the shower is efficient and the kitchen has a mini stove and minibar, ideal for meals at home. The Wi-Fi internet worked perfectly, making my business stay even more enjoyable. I recommend it.

My experience in the apartment was amazing! The place is exactly as in the pictures: clean, well decorated and very cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport and the north of Porto Alegre, markets and restaurants nearby, the region is second, and you can get around on foot without danger. Hosts Rodrigo and Luisa were extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help and answer questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those looking for comfort and convenience.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.
