We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Loved our stay. We were hosted well and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for the activities and restaurants. The rental matches the photos very well. We would highly recommend it.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

I don't know where to start to list all the positive notes of this place. First of all, it's hard to get a host so helpful, kind and even nice! As for the house: beautiful, modern, well equipped, terrace to envy even the best Spanish roof top, including canopy and electronic parasols! If I really have to complain and write something that is missing... the grater but also 😂😂 there I have to admit that there was the alternative of the peeler, so nothing... I have to make the precision and recommend only the addition of a jacuzzi, so I can finally make my proposal to Donata to buy the property!! We look forward to coming back!! Congratulations

Huge design apartment: independent private entrance with its own lovely courtyard. Quiet and optimal area. Very nice apartment, renovated with fine finishes. The two bedrooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed, separated by a central area where there is a kitchen/living room. Each room has its own TV and bathroom. Really nice bathrooms, equipped with every comfort. Kitchen with glasses for water and wine, equipped with ladles of all kinds. Small tea cups without saucers The kettle didn't convince me. I really missed having a small microwave to heat things up quickly without having to turn on the induction or, worse, the oven, which consumes so much more and is so much slower. It seems that the kitchen was not given the same attention to detail as the rest of the house. Very nice interior lighting. Nice place. Highly recommended.

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

The place is located in nice and quiet area, great spot to relax. The house is equipped with all necessities. Very nice and helpful host, always ready to respond and come to us, providing tips about the surroundings ;)

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

Great week-long stay at Daniela's. An ideal apartment to rest after visiting Venice, Verona, Padua, Vicenza and Treviso. If you are looking for a place to stay to visit this beautiful area, don't hesitate.

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

Mirko was a wonderful host. We already felt totally comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was super clean, nicely sized and just perfectly located, ideal for our vacation. Mirkos warmth was especially great: He always responded quickly to messages and regularly inquired if everything was okay. We had a really nice time and would come back immediately. An absolute recommendation with a lot of gratitude.

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The apartment was close to the attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurant options. The host was very helpful and even secured water taxis for us to and from the train station. Overall the place was great!
