Logement au calme et a quelques minutes a peine du tramway qui dessert une des places centrales de la ville. Bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Bien qu étant excentré du centre ville historique, c'est très agréable de regagner le calme après une journée dans Rome. De plus le quartier de Trastevere est un vrai coup de coeur. Gros point positif du logement : les deux pièces ayant chacune une salle de bain. Cela permet d'avoir chacun son espace si,comme nous vous venez a 4! Merci Mannicci!

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Appartement parfait, rénové récemment donc impeccable, les literies sont confortables (le lit et le canapé lit), très propre. On pourrait peut-être juste reprocher le manque de luminosité (juste pour ne pas mettre que du positif 😉). Il est parfaitement placé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. La rue est calme (mais on est quand même en plein centre de Rome 😉). Tomasso est sympathique, réactif et de bons conseils, merci.

mooi schoon praktisch verblijf. ideale uitvalbasis voor ontdekken van binnenstad van Rome, dicht bij alle toeristische must do. Alessandro reageert snel en adequaat. Top vijfdaagse gehad!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! The location is super convenient—there’s a metro station right downstairs, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The room is spacious, and the interior design is absolutely stunning—stylish, high-end, and full of thoughtful details. It felt just like staying in a luxury hotel. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great value for the quality and service. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

I love the neighborhood, Trastevere, with great restaurants & locals. Highly recommend!
