Roberto’s place was beautiful. It was a great place to go rest and forget about the worries of the world. Roberto was very kind and allowed us to bring our luggage a little earlier since we were getting to his home late and didn’t want to bother them so late at night. I appreciate the peacefulness and the rest I got at Roberto’s.

Great place and very well kept! Also very close to the ocean, even though it’s on the other side of the street, we still had a great view of an area of the golf ⛳️ course 🤗

Amazing views from the apartment that the pictures do not do justice. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Exclusive area and from the apartment you feel like you are the only one there. It is well stocked with all you could possibly need for your stay. Well maintained place and a place we will gladly return. Roberto was a great host and highly responsive when we had questions about assess and the amenities. We did not wanted to leave!

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The grounds were well maintained along with the pool and jacuzzi. Easy walk to the beach too.

We loved our family stay! The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurants. The place was spotless, well decorated and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Waking up to the ocean view and having coffee on the balcony was simply wonderful. The host was very attentive and check-in was super easy. We definitely want to go back. Highly recommended!

We came to Puerto Rico during the power outage in April. The entire island was without power. Rafael communicated with me a couple days earlier than my arrival to keep me updated on the situation at the condo. They have generators on site, so it turned out to be a non issue. Great location and tons of stuff to do at the condo. plenty of games and toys for the kids to play with. It even had all the beach gear you could need. They even had all the dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and even bug spray and sunscreen, just in case. I would book here again without thinking twice. I just wish we stayed longer.

With 3 kids having 3 bedroom worked really well for us. The place has every thing you need for vacation.. good bedrooms , bathrooms , living space , balcony with ocean view .. There is also beach toys and gadgets available forum the guest. The best part is is is only 15 min drive to the ferry terminals.

We enjoyed our stay with two adults and two small kids! We are probably the perfect type of group to stay here, as the bunk bed area is very compact and the bathroom there doesn’t have a lock or door that goes all the way to the floor. The best part about this house: you can walk to both beach and pool within 5 minutes! The beach has a fair amount of leaves/branches as you walk through, but once you get to the water, it’s AMAZING - nice and shallow for a long way. The kids had fun trying out the boogie boards near the shore. The pool is great for littles too, since there’s a shallow end (3 ft) as well as a very shallow (2 ft, I think) kid pool next to it. They were obsessed with it, haha. It took me a while to get the hang of the doors of the house (there are 3 doors, each with a separate key, and there’s no latch on the inside, so you need the keys any time you open or close them). Close to El Yunque, kioskos, and go-karts. Natalia was good about replying to any questions too!

Second time we have stayed at this incredible place. The wind, the ocean, the rainforest- it is so beautiful. The condo is comfortable and AC in the bedrooms works great. We swam in the ocean and also enjoyed the pool at the condo! We love this place.

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

The house was so beautiful in person! We loved staying at this home because it was close to everything and with our great hosts they made the stay even better! The pool was marvelous for those hot days and nights! Overall an amazing place to stay at when visiting Puerto Rico!!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The pool/patio/BBQ area was so beautiful it made it hard to want to leave to go exploring. Cuyler was proactive with providing instructions on how to operate showers, entry way codes, etc. House is very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and the air conditioning was appreciated. The kitchen had the cookware that we needed for cooking breakfast each morning and the dinning table was spacious enough for a large family. Cuyler was quick to respond when we had a question. The house is in a quiet, gated community which felt safe and not too far from the locations we wanted to visit. We had a great trip and stay!

We had a short stay but we loved it. Very clean space and the attention to details like the little chocolate on the bed and the AC on right when you walk in! Location was great with lots to do in the area. Orlando gave us spectacular treatment he was very responsive and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Would definitely book with him again on a returning trip !

House was great. Property is beautiful. Close enough to Old San Juan.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!
