Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Romantische Höhle mit Terrasse und Meerblick

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Casa Malena is special and unique , the small front terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax listening to the sound of the waves and stunning views. The spacious rear terrace with private pool, 2 sunbeds, dining table and sea views... to enjoy the silence and privacy from morning to night! Casa Malena is located in the wonderful and charming coastal town of San Juan de la Rambla, in Las Aguas, good starting point for beautiful hiking trails and with an incredible natural volcanic pool.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
