This house is amazing to soak up the nature and escape the busy city. It has a great well-equiped kitchen with everything you can think of. Ample space to share meals, inside or outside, including a barbeque. The house invites you to chill and rest overlooking nature and the whole city of Cuenca. It's conveniently located 35 minutes from Cuenca by car, however we brought everything we needed for the weekend and didn't even leave the house as we were looking for a place to rest and chill. The fireplace was great on chilly evenings and very relaxing too. This house looks better and bigger than the pictures, and the host was very easy to communicate with, gave us recommendations for transport, walks around the house and was very attentive with us. I would definitely come back, but for longer!

Everything is perfect, as advertised. We wanted to spend a few days in solitude, resting without any worries and it was perfect. Hikes through the neighborhood, along the river, the old abandoned streets of the railway. Lots of green and great peace of mind. We also felt very safe, which is more important every day in Ecuador. There is bus and taxi-glass transport 300 meters away. It is only 20 minutes away from Cuenca. The place is perfect, clean and decorated with very taste. It has all the promised amenities, and even more: it has a home where we could enjoy some good campfires. :) The host, Juan, is super attentive and eager to make everything perfect. Super recommended. Respond instantly to any concerns. There is good phone signal, and the internet is very good. Recommended for rest and interior life, not for the one who wants restaurants or city life.

The accommodation is a beautiful and quiet place, perfect for rest and enjoy as a family. The cozy atmosphere and the peace that you breathe make it ideal to disconnect from the routine. What we liked the most was the fireplace, where we spent unforgettable moments heating marshmallows and sharing with family. Definitely a special experience that we recommend to those looking for comfort and a space to relax as a family.

We enjoyed a family weekend in this beautiful hacienda, Hacienda San Juanpamba in Paute, Ecuador is pure magic. Nestled in the green hills, it’s peaceful, charming, and full of history. From the beautiful gardens to the cozy fireplaces, every corner feels like home. The owners Maria Ines and her husband were very friendly people. Victor who takes care of the hacienda was super helpful and accommodating. We had a great family weekend.

Excellent place to spend time with family and friends, clean place, excellent reception, the only thing is to keep in mind that the climb on a road without asphalt, and the climb to the house is a little complicated from there, everything is fine
