the interior of the house was clean, we stayed comfortably for 4 people for 2 days. There are most items you may need in the kitchen cabinets. Serdar Bey's brother and father accompanied us at the entrance. Since the weather is a little cold, we were able to warm up comfortably with the air conditioning. The location of the house is 2-3 minutes walk from the beach. We were able to park on the curb in front of the door. In terms of price, we were satisfied with the hygiene and location of the house.

A well-designed hallway presents two distinct spaces. To the left, a living area features a comfortable sofa and modern coffee table, while to the right, a bedroom showcases a spacious bed with stylish bedding. A decorative rug adds warmth, and soft lighting is evident.

This is the second time we've stayed in this area and for us , it's the best to get to know Çanakkale. It's very close to all the main sights, not too noisy, cute and full of authentic cafes and shops. I would definitely recommend that locationwise. The appartment is really spotless although not new at all, but we were ready for that because it's been used only for tourists. Anyway, you get great appartment for this money, rather cozy and spacious. Some reviews mentioned Kombi aka gas water heater located in the bedroom, it's really there, everything is arranged according to the rules. I know, as we have one at home, I have checked the specaial hole in the window, etc. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! Just downstairs is a lovely little bakery and a market with everything you need for breakfast and snacks, including fresh fruit and veg. Just a quick walk to the seaside and very close to ferry dock for going across to the museum and fortress. We would have loved to live here!

The apartment had a nice feel. It felt clean and was accessible for our family. The living room and bedroom had nice light and which felt like home. We were in need of a few additional amenities and by the next afternoon they were supplied for us which was very kind. We just loved Çanakkale and we were thankful Gülçins place was available for a last minute booking to extend our stay in the beautiful city. Thank you so much, Gülçin!

I will try to summarize this beautiful and special holiday. Ms. Selcay and her team, who gave detailed answers to our every question from the beginning to the end of the process, welcomed us so nicely and sincerely that we would like to thank them very much. The house is more than the photos, the place is great, and it's a great place to relax and have fun. We were very satisfied with both them and the house. We NOW have a family in efil. I hope these people with great hearts will always encounter beautiful and wonderful situations. You can reach everything you are looking for in this house where everything is natural, and you can also ask and learn everything you are curious about on behalf of Çanakkale. Ms. Selcay has thought of every detail. You should definitely try the breakfast. The village person where the house is located has to be opened separately, they are really great people. I hope it will be possible to meet again here. We are looking forward to a new one. Best regards from the Sun, Songül and Beran... 🤗

From the moment we entered the facility until the checkout, we would like to thank Mr. Cem and Ms. İnci, Mr. Hüseyin, and other family members... they offered us a real home environment with their sincerity and smile. The breakfast was magnificent, and the grove of pine and fruit trees surrounding the building was very nice... I would love to come back.

Appartments are in the city center, near ferries, Navi museum, Troja horse. It was clean, with necessary kitchen equipment. Furniture is a bit tired, but convenient. Gülçin always in touch and ready to help, no problem on check-in and check-out.

First of all, thank you. Ms. Gulcin was very helpful with everything. We had a reliable, clean and great experience. They were immediately helpful whenever we needed them. Everything was great. We would like to choose the same place to stay again for the summer. I recommend.
