Thanks so much to Yvan for hosting us and for the quality of his place. We had a wonderful stay for the Easter weekend at his place. We highly recommend this listing, which is in a very good location (close to the beach and restaurants).

I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

We stayed at Lorenzo's place in October and the four of us felt very comfortable. The amenities were very good, the area quiet, everyone had a retreat and you could sit in the sun or in the shade and jump right into the sea. The location is simply fantastic: a cappuccino on the terrace in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the sunset:-)

My husband, my husband, and my daughters stayed at Giuseppe's property for about ten days! The house is wonderful, clean, adequate spaces, great sea view, full of very nice and beautiful objects!!! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and equipped with every tool (e.g. hairdryer, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc.)! The rooms are also very clean and with soft sheets!! The terrace is wonderful! Spacious, sea view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, water access and linen rack! Highly recommended

The apartment is clean, beautifully + comfortably furnished and very spacious even with a 5-person occupancy. Especially great was the outdoor breakfast + orange/lemon trees in the yard, which was still possible in October. Useful extras: The washing machine, thanks to which we came out on the 14-day vacation with hand luggage, and the second, small bathroom. About the location: Quiet side street that was only frequented by beach visitors on the sunny weekend. Several beautiful beach coves are only 50-100m away, wider sandy beaches accessible within 20 min by car. This is also needed for city tours to Lecce (45 min.), Gallipoli (30 min.), Porto Cesareo (10 min.), etc. as well as for shopping, because there is unfortunately no supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Gianni greeted us personally, although our arrival was delayed due to a defective rental car. There was fresh fruit + pasticciotti to welcome you. This made us feel welcome right away. We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

It's a beautiful place to relax! Nido del Salento impressed us with its loving decor, cleanliness and quiet location. Particularly nice was the lovingly prepared welcome basket – with plenty of treats for the first dinner and a cozy breakfast: including a carafe of delicious regional wine, homemade jam and tomato sauce. You immediately feel at home and comfortable – not like a foreign guest, but like with friends. Elma and Vincenzo are wonderful hosts – warm, attentive and at the same time very respectful. Despite all the cordiality, our privacy was respected at all times. You had the feeling of having the entire property all to yourself – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay to the fullest. A wonderful base for exploring Salento. I would stay again any time!

The house is fantastically located by the sea. It is a maximum of 100 m to a small, simple sandy beach. The large Torre Lapillo beach is within a short walking distance. On the way is a local fisherman who sells freshly caught fish. Absolutely top sea and beaches - within walking distance or further kilometers of beaches in 5-15 minutes by car for variety! The house is well equipped, very clean and well-maintained. Large kitchen with everything you need, including oven, washing machine, etc… The courtyard is very pleasant, offering a cozy, wind-protected place to eat / in the evening. You will find a grill, an outdoor shower, enough chairs and umbrellas, also for the beach. Highlighting the great roof terrace with sea view! Restaurants are widely available. Francesco was always available with great tips and suggestions. Thank you very much Franco for your beautiful house and your very friendly service, we greatly appreciated it! We will be back!

I am very surprised by the few stars that some guests have given Franco. This is absolutely not justified. If I could, I would give Franco 10 stars! From the very beginning, Franco was extremely helpful. Upon our arrival we had a problem with the car rental as we could not get a car because of our credit card. Franco noticed this and helped us immediately. He took us to another car rental, where we easily got a car. Without his help, we would have had to spend our vacation in the beautiful accommodation for the most part. Regarding some guests' complaints about access to the sea: We had no problem at all. The place is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Franco, his wife and her sugar-sweet daughter were very warm and accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Tricase to book here. All in all, it was wonderful and relaxing days! We'll be back Grazie Franco

Amazing place! Super special attention given by the host. All perfect, the pool and the view are amazing!

We stayed in apartment 3 for 11 days, it is a clean apartment with lovely soft towels and super good beds. According to the site, it has a kitchenette, however it has a coffee and tea machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a large communal kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer all you need is there. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and a place with lovely chairs in the shade. The accommodation is very quiet, wonderful if you like peace and quiet. Within 15 minutes you are at the beach or in a town. We had a great time at the Masseria La Noa and would definitely recommend it for other guests

Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery and just steps from the beach, in a gated and guarded village, enjoys excellent outdoor spaces equipped and available all year round. We stayed for the Easter holidays and the bridge with April 25 and we also found the location great to visit Taranto, Alberobello, Matera, Metaponto. We will definitely be back also because the host Nicola is very helpful and made us find the villa really stocked with everything: from coffee to charcoal to the outdoor barbecue. You couldn't ask for more for a family of 4 with little girls in tow.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona

I stayed in this beautiful home for the Christmas holidays with my family. Large and very welcoming rooms, the house is furnished with style and elegance, nothing was missing in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained. Mrs. Lorella is a fantastic person who welcomed us warmly and pampered us in the true sense of the word by providing us with Christmas decorations, a welcome basket, bringing us delicious hot pastries the morning after our arrival and on Christmas morning typical sweets made by her, the purcedduzzi. I sincerely thank Mrs. Lorella and her husband for everything!

We spent a week in this small house ideally located 50m from the beach and with a rooftop terrace with magnificent sea views = TOP Small downside on the bathroom because the shower is small, we got out but it can be complicated for other people. Woke up in the morning by the work of the neighbors but Michele is not responsible for it. Finally on a positive note, the direct neighbors are extremely friendly and the homemade limoncello was delicious 🤤

the house as described is just a few meters from the beaches and the free beach in a week I never needed to take the car to get around .Paola was extremely helpful as I asked for a sufficiently morning checkout so I didn't come across traffic. Highly recommended

Very good apartment with a nice garden and a great view on the sea. Even if you are travelling with 2 babies. Highly recommended.

Sabrina and her family are available and very welcoming, it feels like staying at "home", the apartment and its spaces are perfect , (there were 4 of us) it also has a garage with parking space. Great location 1 minute to the rocky beach where you can snorkel or a 7-minute walk to the sandy beach where there is a beautiful sea. The beach is equipped with all the necessary services, for the most demanding, just 15 minutes by car there is Gallipoli where you can find anything. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended

We were in the house for 2 weeks at the beginning of September for a beach vacation and we enjoyed it very much. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and the shops for everyday needs are also within walking distance. The house and also the outdoor area are lovingly designed and you can feel very comfortable. The enclosed parking at the house is also an advantage. After the beach we went to the outdoor shower, just heavenly ! Miriana and Piero are very dear hosts, if any issues arise, they help immediately. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back !!!!

Incredible place, you’re facing the sea surrounded by beautiful nature. This place is a gem with a lot of beautiful views ! For sure we will come back and thanks for everything Luigi !
