L’alloggio non è adatto a bambini e neonati per motivi di sicurezza.

Our house offers comfort and spacious spaces, the rooms are all double and equipped with large wardrobes and TV with Netflix, the kitchen is equipped with all comforts, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer, obviously equipped with all the utensils. The property is completed by two bathrooms with large glass showers, windows and hairdryers. Private parking is available for our guests.

Villa Pietrantoni is located in a strategic position for those who plan to visit both Tivoli and Rome. The house is outside the ZTL limited traffic zone but close to the historic center, the Court and Villa D'Este (800m) You will find fiber wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, an efficient heating system, wireless charger and a private and exclusive outdoor area with a masonry barbecue. The access is at street level and is free of architectural barriers.

MONTI QUIET AND SPACIOUS APARTMENT

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment was completely renovated last year. All two double bedrooms with double beds and the living room with sofa bed have air conditioning. Located in the heart of one of Rome's most charming neighborhoods, the Rione Monti. The area is full of restaurants and characteristic bars, but if I had to describe in two words the characteristics that best represent it, I would use quiet and elegant.
