It has a unique view of an infinity pool and, in the background, a panoramic horizon of the Devonian Escarpments. Relax with your family in this quiet home! Make yourself at home in a great location, close to Shopping Jóquei Plaza, Colégio Militar, Botanical Garden... The house has a lovely garden to relax. Two bedrooms (double and single) and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating 4 people. Perfect for those who are passing through and looking for comfort, safety and tranquility. Important: Only 01 (one) small breed pet is allowed, for example Shih Tzu, Pomeranian Lulu and Yorkshire.
