The house is great, good structure, comfortable and very functional. It is in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood, good restaurants nearby and good tours of the region's wineries!

The house is wonderful, air-conditioned pool, large hot tub, bocce court and big soccer field, well-lit at night, 4 very large bedrooms, we were with a group of 13 adults and some children and the stay was great, the house accommodated them all very well, comfortable beds, ping-pong table, fobolim, large barbecue aerial with tables and chairs, the house is amazing!

Ronaldo was very helpful. The house is very cozy and spacious. Inside the house, the host was careful to leave instructions for the use of TV, Wi-fi etc. The swimming pool was very good, the dogs very well cared for in their space, gave even more sense of security. We could see even a rainbow. It is house in the bush itself, rustic as it says in the ad. The double bed was very comfortable. Access is very easy with maps, the streets are paved and visibly it is a new neighborhood. Very close to Poços de Caldas, which allowed us to visit the beautiful sights of the city. We return to SP full of sweets, cheese and good memories. We'll definitely be back one day.

We were super well received by the hostess from the moment we arrived. We have nothing to complain about, besides the house being extremely comfortable. Our trip was so much better because we had the house giving us all the support we needed.

The house is very conviently located in a secure part the city. The house was appropriately furnished with a very Brazilian sense of style with all that you could need for a short or long term stay. Rita is an extremely polite person. A friend unfortunately had a problem and she was very helpful. The house is impeccable, very well arranged, equipped and very well cleaned. It has a garage for 2 cars with an electronic gate, upstairs is the laundry room, pantry and kitchen. Downstairs is a very comfortable, large living room and 2 en-suite bedrooms.

We stayed during the Easter holiday and the experience was above expectations. To begin with, Rita welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the instructions and made herself available to assist us throughout the stay. The house is true to the listing, having all the items as described. The property is spacious and well located. From the balcony of two of the bedrooms, the view of the city is wonderful. Everything in the house worked perfectly. About Poços de Caldas, I can say that my family and I love the city. The cable car ride is the best, apart from the cozy Minas Gerais food. Finally, I say that the tour was worth every minute.

Very comfortable and well-equipped house. The great thing about Airbnb is finding stays that have already been lived in by the owners and, in some cases, remain the same: with all the care and affection, as if they were still for them. Mariely is an incredible person, who conveys all this affection, care and concern in the accommodation she offers on the platform.

Everything is excellent, space, region, neighborhood, cleanliness and organization. It's already the second time we've hosted, soon there will be the next. Super recommended, it's close to the center.

A unique place!!!! The Sítio Lobato is an attraction unto itself. The lakes and streams give a fantastic ambient sound surrounded by a lot of nature. The trail within the property is simply amazing. An adventure always stroll accompanied by Bolinha through the forest of the property. All of this is crowned by the receptivity and kindness of Luciano who is always willing to help with whatever is needed. I will definitely return more times to enjoy the city of Poços de Caldas and Sítio Lobato with more time.

Everything is impeccable. The house is in a great location, close to downtown. We were received by the hosts who were in contact with us at all times to receive us at the house. The house matches beyond what was advertised, very clean, smelling good, with good mattresses and clean blankets. We felt at home. The decor is beautiful and everything in the house is working perfectly. We have no criticism to make, only compliments. Thank you very much Marcia and husband for sharing your little corner with us. The environment was very clean and organized, Ceila (host) always answered all the messages quickly and overall the stay was very quiet, a point of attention that I would like to leave is that hygiene utensils in general the guest needs to take. Village in the house had no cleaning items for an eventual emergency and the shower in one of the bathrooms was not working.

Me and my girlfriend loved Pedro's house. The place seems to have been newly renovated, with everything in order and a tasteful decoration. Pedro was always available to ask questions and provided clear access instructions and about the property. We return booking for sure.

An excellent option for those working in Poços de Caldas. Very quiet and well equipped. Although the room was in the basement of the host's house, we had complete privacy. The host responds quickly. We will be back.

The hummingbird nook is even more beautiful in person. Impeccable decoration and an extremely quiet atmosphere to relax. Mariana was extremely kind and met all requests and needs.
