Easy Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Alex has made sure that even the smallest detail has been taken to make your stay exactly what you are looking for. This is our 2nd visit and while we were there, we booked our next vacation for a week in October! It's perfect if you want peace, quiet, fishing, kayaking, and many other water sports. I really enjoyed my stay at Maureen‘s house. It’s on a nice quiet street in a good part of town and close to Elizabeth city and things you may want to do there. Love the big backyard for my dogs. Beds were super comfortable. I felt right at home and will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.

Kristin is the best host and who knew she’s such a talented artist! Her lovely paintings added to the great atmosphere! We enjoyed our stay and spent 90% of our time on the balcony enjoying the view and Kristin’s beautiful landscaping. We needed a sanctuary for a getaway and found it. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully built and all new construction. Right on the water and it’s beautiful. It’s very easy to find and we appreciated being so close to family. If you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing ear plugs since it is off of Highway 168. This didn’t bother us at all since we are not light sleepers. Thank you for a great stay.

Historic Soundfront Barco Cottage! Pets! Specials!

We had the most peaceful weekend at Barco Cottage! The views of the sound were stunning, and the cottage was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed — from laundry soap to shampoo. Brooke was an amazing host, super responsive and thoughtful. We brought our two dogs (a sweet girl and a playful boy), and they loved it just as much as we did. The property is private and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the pier — morning coffee and sunsets there were unforgettable. The nearby marina also had amazing food. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Where to begin? Amanda & Matt were exceptional hosts! Their little slice of heaven was quaint and private with great water views. It’s tucked away on the inner banks and was the perfect quick getaway for our family. Their space is clean and comfortable equipped with everything that we needed for our trip. They even set up a pack n play and bouncer for our baby. Their space even has some toys and books for kids to enjoy! They also had fresh eggs for us to enjoy and were super accommodating with our check in and check out. Amanda and Matt were quick to respond with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality during our stay and are sure to be back!! Thank you so much, Amanda and Matt!

Gia is a spectacular host! Excellent communication, very kind & personable. You can’t beat the views, perfect for both sunrise & sunsets! Cool to see the bigger boats come through the waterway. Ideal spot for my sweet dog Roxxy & I, highly recommend, secluded nice peaceful location!

Knot Three - Balcony View of ICW - Dog Friendly!

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

We stayed in unit A. The place is cozy, warm and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Our dog loved exploring the yard. Anne was accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again the next time we come to EC to visit family. Thank you, Anne.

After many stays in "The Library", we booked a stay in the 'Secret Room" as this time we did not bring our dogs. Room is great! Though we didnt use it, the "kitchenette" was a nice surprise. Always a great stay with Donnie and Olivia. Make sure you book a stay on a Thursday night to take advantage of the "Biergarten", too! (especially if you like brats!).

The spacious bedroom features a large wooden bed with an ornate headboard, dressed in a light-colored quilt. Two bedside lamps provide illumination, while floral-patterned curtains frame the windows, allowing natural light to filter in. A stylish area rug adds warmth to the space.
