I have nothing but Great things to say about Alexander and the location and his property!!! Alexander was very responsive with any questions we had in a timely manner! With great answers if you’re looking for a beautiful vacation spot in puerto Vallarta look no further this is the place beautiful views, tons of dining and stores within walking distance! I highly recommend working with Alexander for your next stay in puerto Vallarta, I Definitely will again !

We had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed breathtaking views from our balcony everyday. Whale watching was definitely a highlight. We brought binoculars so it was perfect. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided to make the most of the public beach but we did take advantage of the pool (added expense) a few days also. The area felt very safe and I would definitely return again.

We had the most incredible stay at this Luis Airbnb. The suite was very quaint and the a/c worked wonderfully. The instructions Luis left in the little white binder worked great and were easy to read. The one thing we didn’t know that would be so hard to get was propane for the bbq. We had to go to Home Depot and it was very expensive for a little bottle which only lasted a few cooks. The pool was absolutely amazing - quiet, clean and perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Also Rene the caretaker is super friendly, helpful. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch! It was sparkling clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The neighbours are super friendly and Canadian for the most part. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic quiet getaway. We can't wait to come back and do it all again! 5/5 stars!"

This beautiful airbnb overall exceeded our expectations. Raul greeted us first thing and gave us a tour of the home. It was so clean and accommodating. The pictures didn't do this place justice. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool, laying in the hammocks, and watching all the wildlife. The best part was the view by far! Raul was responsive and even helped arrange a late check out. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique and peaceful place to stay with all food and shops just a short walk away.

Cuale condo is beautiful, with everything and more that we needed for our stay. The staff at Cuale, are wonderful, always making sure the building was clean and taken care of and very welcoming always made it feel like home! The rooftop pool was great for cooling off and chatting with other guests during the day, and the rooftop hot tub was great to relax in the evening’s. The pictures don’t do it justice, as this environment is beyond what can be captured in a photo… it is an amazing experience! There are many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops walking distance from the condo (1 to15 minute walk). Jacob has a full list of recommended restaurants available. A 15 minute walk and you are at the Malecon. We will return to Cuale again! Thank you Jacob, Lucy and Salvador for your hospitality! Mandy and Kevin

This was by far the best experience I have had with a vacation rental. The house is absolutely beautiful!! The location, furnishings, and service were incredible. Nacho and Rosa were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for us every day. I can't say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed with a stay here!

We had a great time in the Romantic district of Puerto Vallarta! This condo was perfect in every way- pristine, beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar were top notch as well as the gym- loved the hammocks on rooftop for relaxing after a long day of sun. We had an air conditioning leak but the team quickly fixed it within a day. We were very happy with the communication and recommendations.

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

Jonathan's home is stunning. The copious amount of windows, gorgeous decor, and beautiful vistas were such a pleasure to wake up to and come home to after a day exploring the city or the beach. The charming cobblestone streets leading up the hill are very walkable and close enough to the city to feel like you're within easy access, yet not in the fray of it all. The stroll through the park of Isla Cuale day or night on the way home was such a nice way to decompress from the busy city streets before reaching Jonathan's oasis. The rooftop deck/palapa/dipping pool is life with incredible views and lovely breezes. I miss this place already and have been daydreaming about it since we left. Maria (the daily housekeeper) is delightful without being intrusive. Susan & Victor (property managers) were helpful when needed and silent when not. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are on different levels, creating a sense of privacy for both sets of couples. The master bath shower is semi open-air (but private) and I miss it deeply. Can't say enough good things about this place. We'd definitely stay again on our next trip.
