Lake Garda typical house in medieval village

Viviana’s home was the perfect place to stay with our two small children. It was spacious, clean and provided a garden for them to play in as well as balconies with breathtaking views of Garda Lake. Viviana’s parents were warm and welcoming and shared fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden, and provided us with local restaurant recommendations (we especially loved Agritur Calvola - just a 5 min walk away.) One thing to note (which is listed in the post) - there is no wifi available. It’s an ideal place if you want to truly disconnect, but could be difficult if you plan to work remotely during your stay. This was a perfect getaway for our family and we hope to come back again!

We are spending one week in Polina apartment in main goal cycling on road bikes. View from apartment is amazing, both during a day and night. Apartment is really big and it is very nice and comfortable together with view it's best match choice. All things needed to cycling was there. Additional place in garage for bikes with easy access. Possibility to loundry was really important and useful for us. Place is really high, and it's on Komodo/Strava routes, so you can start you routes from there - that's amazing. And of course, climb from Riva Del Garda to Polina place are lovely :) I will recommend for all bicyclists trips :)

We felt very comfortable in the small mountain village of Pranzo from the beginning. The hosts were very friendly and tried to make sure everything was ok. We were greeted and said goodbye in person. From the balcony you have beautiful views of the surrounding mountain slopes. In the village itself there is a small shop for the most important groceries that is open in the morning. For larger purchases, you can drive to the shops in the valley, which are about 10-15 minutes away by car. For people who love nature and tranquility, the location of the vacation home is perfect. We felt much more comfortable here than in the touristy places right on Lake Garda. Thank you so much for this wonderful time!

They even arranged a residents parking permit for us. Great experience and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent a wonderful week in Alessandra's apartment and also met the very likeable, super helpful and cycling-loving landlords. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the very nicely maintained garden, with great views of the mountains, invites you to play and linger. Lake Tenno is only about a 10-minute walk away and the hiking trails start right behind the house. The landlords were always immediately approachable and had great tips for the area. Thank you for a nice week of vacation: we will be happy to come back.
