We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

Our group had a lovely stay at Jose's. It was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Jose was responsive, proactive in offering information/recommendations, and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat, and recommend it to others just as soon.

My family and I have stayed at several units in this complex over the years. Three days before our arrival, we had a travel disruption that required us to arrive one day earlier than expected. I contacted Bob and he quickly replied that the unit was free and we were welcome to stay. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had clear instructions on how to use everything (it was all labeled!) and were provided a guide weeks before our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were sufficient towels and pillows. The kitchen had stainless steel pans, a blender (for when my daughter asked for a Pina Colada), a Brita filter in the fridge and ice trays in the freezer. If you are heading to Crash Boat, Bob supplies beach chairs, bags, coolers, etc. You also have a wonderful view of the sunset daily as well as the island of Desecho. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you Bob and Evelyn!

I went to this place by the sea to escape the cold of Boston, my employees and my kids :) Single Dad of 3 young kids. I needed down time, solitude, freedom from constant interruptions. I am glad I found this spot. Right on the beach, surfing right out front, Sandy Beach less than 100 yards to the left, a nice isolated walk along the beach to the right. Lots of surfers when surfs. Fun to watch and join. The house is comfortable. You sink into the porch, probably where I spent my most time. The kitchen seems to have all new pots, pans, cutlery... A beautiful modern stove, dishwasher and an airfryer! All the pots and pans you need as well. Huge TV for movies. The beds are comfortable, I slept in both :) This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place. If you are looking to bring your kids to a great spot, this is the place. I'll be back with mine, they insist! It's also VERY reasonable for what you get.

the place is just as described, great place to disconnect from your everyday life

Though tough for us suburbanites to navigate the hills and small mountain roads, Popo was super-responsive and led us to the house! Once there, it is beautiful- views, well appointed, spacious. 15min drive down into Rincòn. A/C in bedrooms cool, great verandas and cool jetted tub. Popo brought us fresh bread and fruit our first morning there. Sandy Beach was our favorite for waves, Black Eagle beach was very calm and easy parking. Outdoor shower at the house for rinsing off after beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the host.

We love Sea Beach because of its pool and short walk to a very quiet beach. The appliance are new and work as expected, except the hot water is quirky. We didn’t think it worked at first but turns out you have to turn the bathroom sink on hot to get the hot water at shower head. 🤷

Highlight of our Puerto Rico stay! Can’t wait to return. Exactly what you want to make your Puerto Rico vacation dreams come true. The home was cozy and cool. The sunsets overlooking the ocean were gorgeous. Great location.

The location is great you can walk to the square and all the surrounding restaurants, bars and stores. There was an issue with checking in because the Airbnb had no water, I spoke with him, we made an agreement and we ended up staying there, he was easy to work with and we had a great stay.

Amazing place, right on a quiet beach with pretty good snorkeling just steps into the water! We had the downstairs unit, and the upstairs was empty the whole time we were there, nice bonus. The kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of beach chairs, and a cooler and umbrella. The driveway is narrow, like a lot of places on PR, so a smaller rental car is advised. We had a Honda SUV and it was tight. Loved being so close to Rincon, and an easy drive if you want to do day trips to Isabella in the NW or Parguera in the south.

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

This was our second time staying at this absolute gem right on the ocean—and it won’t be our last! If you love being close to nature, expect to be exposed to the elements in the best way possible. We especially enjoyed the direct access to the water and made great use of the provided kayaks. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The kitchen is impressively well stocked with quality pans, dishware, spices, and even some basics in the fridge. Truly a special place!

Great spot for working remotely. One of the few airbnbs I have stayed in where it felt livable for more than a short stay. Really nice location and well stocked apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at José's place! It was exactly as described, clean and welcoming upon arrival, and all check-in instructions were very clear. José communicated well with us before and during our stay. The location is excellent for walking to the beach, nearby restaurants/bars/shops, and Rincon Art Walk. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable - we slept wonderfully. Likewise, the AC and ceiling fans worked perfectly and, even while only running both while we were home and turning them off while out - we were always perfectly cool. For the price, you can't beat José's place!

Exceptional is an understatement when it comes to Gabriella as a host. She was available, responsive, and her local knowledge and advice was spot on. She went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We arrived late and exhausted to find dinner and a beautiful cake. Felix was there to greet us and show us the property. There was ice in the cooler as well as coffee, and everything we needed for breakfast. He also came back mid-week to clean, change the bed, bring us fresh towels and some yummy pastries. During our stay the power went down across the entire island. The generator kicked in and we never would have known the extent of the outage if we hadn’t heard it on the news. The villa was gorgeous bed, linens, and towels high quality and the furniture was beautiful. Bathrooms were spotless and the master bath has an amazing soaking tub. Plunge pool, outdoor patio and views were also incredible. Exceeded expectations! We will be back!

This is a great beach apt! Great location, walking distance to the town but quiet at night, lovely views, clean and well kept building. Yummy cafes across the street. The photos are accurate- it’s not fancy but the beds and furniture are comfortable and it feels well- priced. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, and beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear is bonus. Additionally, the bldg has a generator which was essential as the island lost power during our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout, assisting in navigating the power issues and other small things that came up. They were available the entire time. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and we requested dates for next year to stay there. Jeanette was always available and responded quickly when I sent her a message. I loved doing Zumba across the street and walking to downtown and the various beaches.

Perfect place for a few days in Rincón. Location was ideal, apartment was spacious and clean, and we loved the pool.

What a lovely place to relax and de-compress in! Even a few minutes on the balcony would be enough to feel relaxed and restored: the view of the sea, the sound of the waves lapping against the shore, the palm trees, the pelicans, the general peace and quiet (except for the few times that renovation work was being carried out!) One favorite treat was to walk to the back of the adjacent hotel, go along a path (rather overgrown, but short), and then come to the huge manicured grounds of some long-deserted school, with lovely trees and lawn, and which in turns leads to a long shoreline of stretch of sandy beach for at least 3-4 miles (until the Anasco River). Just be aware that the LOW tides are the best time to do this. Having gone over there for over fifty times over the three seasons I've been there, I can vouch for its safety and tranquility. Try it!!!
