Vacation rentals with a pool in Calvache

Rent with Joshua!! The unit was better than advertised. Super clean. Gorgeous views. The outside shower and pool are great features after a long day in the ocean. The little beach right on the property is great as well!! The unit is 10-15 minutes from downtown Rincon and all major beaches. Joshua left very detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. He is extremely responsive with any questions. We loved the beach/surf Rincon vibes after a few days on the east side of the island. We are already discussing our return trip. Great value here. Don't miss!!

Beautiful apartment with soft fluffy beach and bath towels. Condo area and residents were pleasant and pool was a nice size and clean. Area is mostly walkable to many restaurants, grocery, and downtown Rincón -if you like to walk. Some streets did not have a sidewalk which made night walks a challenge but it was manageable in 30 minutes. Hosts are very responsive!

Nice little semi-private hidden beach for residents of condos and other rental units in that area. Beautiful sunsets. Location was wonderful just few short minutes' drive from everything. You do need a car at this location, but I wouldn't visit PR without one, too much to explore. Bedrooms were cool with AC/ fan and windows kept main living area plenty cool as well although we really didn't spend much time inside until it was time to sleep. Kitchen had plenty to cook with although we didn't do much of that either. Unit had a cooler, beach towels, umbrellas and other various toys for the beach that we did use plenty of. Even extra sunscreen. I would stay in this unit again, next time we stay in Rincon. We enjoyed dinner at The Harbor, The Beachouse, Nacho Libre, all excellent choices. The purple coffee shop truck, Solecito Coffe Shop was fantastic for coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Ricomini of Rincon had good donuts and deli sandwiches. All questions were answered promply by host.

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

Nice place Yendy is a great host ,very accurate in the instructions,the house is very clean and well maintained and organized.The town is very friendly and has great restaurants and activities.the beach is also very beautiful and close to the house.overall my family is very happy with the location.Thanks Yendy we appreciate your hospitality.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

Incredible location on the beach! Amazing views, wonderful deck overlooking the water. Kids loved the pool. Bill had great recommendations for places to visit and was quickly responsive to our questions. Would recommend!

Definitely. a nices place The only thing that I would complain about is that there are 3 different people in charge of this property, and I have to be honest, they all communicate differently Sixto Has an amazing demeanor The other person she is not so nice. I don't remember her name. The space is great.I would definitely rent it again.

Casa Ancla was the perfect place to spend our vacation, and Roger was a responsive and generous host. The house had everything we needed, and it it is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pool and backyard were awesome for hanging out and catching the afternoon sun. Casa Ancla is also close to some really great beaches that we enjoyed tremendously. I would happily stay here again.
