The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The ideal location, quiet, in the Croix Rousse district and close to the town hall and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Accessible via Metro C or direct bus from Part-Dieu station (20 min) and a stone's throw from the hospital. Private parking available.
