La Casa de Las Palmas, Upstairs 3/2

DanielleRating, 5 stars9 months ago
You know when you travel with kids and feel like you need a vacation after your vacation? That wasn’t the case on this trip. We had a very relaxed trip and left feeling super refreshed. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out and a huge outdoor area, which my kids loved. We brought bikes and the kids were able to safely cruise around on the property while we grilled and could watch them. The kitchen was equipped for us to cook meals at the house. We were close enough to the beach and marina to quickly drive back to the house if we forgot something. Hillary had great suggestions for what to do while we were there that were age-appropriate for our boys.

A modern barn structure is set on a gravel area, featuring a covered parking space for vehicles. The sunlight casts a warm glow on the metal exterior. Nearby, a tree adds a natural element to the landscape, surrounded by grassy areas.

Easy to find and lots of easy parking for our boat. Very clean both inside and out. Quiet area was very east to rest after a long day of fishing. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to use your property on our stay in Port O'Connor.

The House of Las Palmas

Great place for our family to gather for a fishing weekend! Comfy couches in the living room with a huge TV. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Delicious selection of coffee pods provided for us! AC was wonderfully refreshing during the hottest weekend of the year. Bathrooms were big. We had a fun time driving down the road to flounder and crab. Would definitely stay again!
The living area features a comfortable gray sofa adorned with decorative pillows, a wooden coffee table, and a dining table set for four. Exposed wooden beams are showcased above, with a modern kitchen visible in the background, including stainless steel appliances and a stylish backsplash.

Wedge Wood on the Bay

JeffRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our first time to Seadrift. Interesting small fishing town. A great place to stay right on the bay. Close to fishing and bird watching. The place was spotless, and Charles thought of everything… even walkie talkies to communicate with our daughter in the downstairs bedroom. This town of just 1000 people has not one but two Vietnamese restaurants. I recommend trying T’s Vietnamese. Better than most in Austin. We also tried Bubbas Seafood, very good. Would highly recommend checking out Seadrift and staying at Charles place while there. Oh forgot to mention Aransas Wildlife Refuge is about 24 miles away and totally worth spending a day or half at.

The Salty Ranch- Family Fishing Paradise

Eric AlanRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We stay here year after year to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax. The fishing is great and the area is tranquil. Alex is literally the best host you can ask for and has always been friendly, responsive, and just all around wonderful. Our family can’t recommend this spot more if we tried!!!
