Welcome to our cozy cottage, located in the historical Azalea District in Tyler. The cottage was built in 1946, lovingly restored in 2021 and in the spring of 2026, a brand new two-bath remodel showcasing genuine Delft Blue tiles/tile paintings. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of two 80-year-old live oak trees in the front and the pecan tree in the back. We love clean.
