The reception was warm and friendly. Although with the owners on a property, you had your privacy. My dog was able to let off steam on the huge area and had a nice friendship with Orphée, who visited us several times a day. Nothing was missing in the household, the only downside is that there is no toilet upstairs. The huge, dog-friendly beach is only 5-10 minutes by car. For further excursions to the nearby and further surroundings, the convenient location is great. Although we actually only go to each place once, we play with the idea of coming back again. Olivier, you have a beautiful property with amazing views across the beach. Your house is pleasantly decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchenware to bicycles. Excellent stay in this cottage, very clean, well-equipped (the best of the best👍!), tastefully decorated, quiet in a subdivision 20 minutes' walk from the beach, 2 beautiful terraces to rest on, available and very nice hosts! Thank you for the kind welcome touches - and the best part…dogs are allowed!! The beaches are beautiful and beautiful hikes to do. I highly recommend it and hope to return one day. 🙏

Fantastic place, met expectations. Nice host who always responded to a question immediately. Beautiful ocean view! Unfortunately, you are not completely private, the neighbors are right next to you and the path next to the house is used by many people to look at the view. This can be remedied by placing screens on the left and right. This has the additional advantage that you can also sit out of the wind. But otherwise top notch!

Short stay whilst visiting family in Deal. Beautiful little bungalow, everything we needed and the bed linen and towels smelt lovely! We sat outside with a morning coffee in the sunshine! Martin was super helpful, responsive and checked all was well on arrival and leaving. Definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Colette's place! The beach is so nearby and the indoor pool is a great bonus to this place. Colette was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Would recommend!

Frank was a super host nothing was to much trouble. Responded immediately to any questions. Extremely helpful and well deserved title of super host. House was lovely swimming pool superb well maintained at all times. Very peaceful. Lovely touches like baby bath potty travel cot. The property was large and spacious we were a group of 6 adults 2 small children and plenty big enough for us. Lovely out side furniture. Utility room was a real bonus. Lovey blinds on windows which kept the sun out during the day. Good parking we had 3 cars and fitted perfect. Not to far from supermarkets. We took our Labrador’s and they loved it. There a lovely big willow tree in the garden which became there favourite place in the sun. We would definitely return

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

Cosy place directly to the wonderfull beach. Bakery, butcher shop and a supermarket close by. Very friendly hosts. We had a great time, thank YOU. Would not mind to come back :)

An address to remember!! Very modern and convenient accommodation. We really enjoyed the air conditioning. It was over 30 degrees during our stay and we had a great night's sleep thanks to the air conditioning. Nice location, beach and shops nearby. We didn't use our car at all. Stunning property in converted wheel house in gorgeous surroundings. Very accommodating hosts who supplied milk and snacks.. kayaks, bikes and petanque were a bonus. fabulous property. Highly recommend

The cottage was fantastic, very nicely decorated, industrial with sea decorations. Upstairs it is also luxurious with a good shower and even a bath. Nice, large and thick towels. And not unimportantly a lovely bed! Everything was changed for a clean set after a week. Please note, your pet, dog, is allowed, but not upstairs. For the cottage alone on our own lawn, we had it loose. He always stays close to us. The rest of the garden he has to be on a leash, because of the chickens and children. An exit is about 20 meters to the left. There is a beautiful French country road where no cars come. You have to cross the road a little, be careful with any passing cars. Cap-Blanc-Nez is close by. Follow the signs to Sangatte. The beach of Sangatte is beautiful and the dogs are allowed to run free. Have fun!

Our stay was very pleasant. The studio was very modern and clean. The canvas was definitely a highlight and we were surprised how big it is. Lindsay was very friendly and if we had a question, she answered immediately. In addition, Calais is a very beautiful city with a beautiful beach.
