Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cala Ratjada

We thank the host, Mr. Miguel is very friendly, sociable, diligent, I recommend these apartments for a relaxing and quiet vacation, the location is perfect, there is no excessive traffic, you can breathe absolute peace, the pool is perfect for sunbathing and giving a dip, all the facilities of the place are clean and it is very good condition. The service of the restaurant is very good, the food is fresh and savor, the staff that serves there are all friendly, and walking a few minutes away there are 2 beaches with turquoise water perfect for vacationing. Our stay was wonderful

Perfect apartment for our family stay (parents and baby, with grandparents). Two separate bathrooms was a bonus. Right next to the main beach and with a pool as well. Florence was incredibly helpful, and provided lots of extras for our baby (high chair, cot, play mat) Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The complex and apartment are absolutely well maintained, it was perfectly clean and the facilities are great, so you can feel right at home. Corinna and her team were absolutely warm, helpful and always responsive. The location of the apartments is also great, it was very quiet, but you could walk to restaurants, shopping and two beautiful bays. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

We went on vacation in Mallorca last week and stayed in this apartment. We have a daughter of 2. Pros: camping bed, towels, beach towels, toys, toys and necessities for the beach, a few cans of cold drink in the fridge, you can even bake on vacation so you can even bake a well-equipped kitchen, nicely covered balcony with a nice sofa that we chilled on every evening, nice contact with Laetitia and the one that opens the door and what we liked very much with our daughter is that the area where the apartment is closed with 2 gates and a gate door so our daughter could never just walk down the road. Highly recommended and who knows, we might come back again! Actually no downside to think of for us.

Great location and a very comfortable and well appointed property.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Veronica’s apartment in Puerto de Sóller! The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the port and directly in front of the charming tram station, with excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and shops just steps away. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a stylish Art Deco mid-century design, providing both character and comfort. Veronica was a wonderful host, and everything about my stay was seamless. I highly recommend her apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Really nice stay at this house in the countryside! It really feels like you are in the farm country, there are farms and sheep nearby. It was a little hard to find but easy once you know where it is.

The house of Salva is beautiful and furnished in a nice and relaxed style. The little village is very calm, the beach is natural with not too many tourists. You will find everything in walking distance: food stores, bars and some good restaurants. We would happily return.

We had a wonderfully quiet vacation. The house is located in the small village of Betlem and was a great starting point for excursions and hikes. We especially liked the coastal hiking trail to two turquoise bays. It starts almost behind the house. Unfortunately, the village of Betlem is shaded behind a mountain range and now in autumn the sun only appeared later in the morning. In the village, there is a mini supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning. In summary, it can be said that we lacked nothing in our short vacation.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a lovely stay at Margalida’s place! The countryside was gorgeous. She and Jordi were helpful and communicative!

Sebastia’s place was absolutely perfect for us. Nestled in the beautiful mountains and charming neighborhood of Soller, it was just a few minutes walk to downtown, very central and easy to get around, spacious, and clean ! Sebastia was an amazing host and left us welcome goodies for the week - wine, crackers, fresh fruits, and more. He gave us amazing recommendations for food in town, and was very responsive and considerate the entire trip. The home had perfect amenities for our toddler and two babies - set up with crib, high chair, and a large kitchen with a beautiful patio and orange tree. Parking was also close and easy and gave us flexibility to explore the rest of the island. Highly recommend this stay, and will definitely come visit again!

We had a very nice stay at Cristinas and Lluciàs house! :) The communication was very nice, check in was easy & the house offered everything we needed (washing machine, baby bed, beach umbrellas…). Also the house had enough space and it was perfectly clean. Thank you very much!

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

We felt very comfortable, the proximity to the village and beach is impressive, but we also liked the apartment itself. The pictures give a very suitable impression! The hosts were always available and check-in was also straightforward via cell phone. One point deduction for partly dirty dishes in the cupboard and holey bedding - no drama, but both don't have to be. Shortly before Easter there were some construction sites in the immediate vicinity, but that happens.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
